Ahhh... It seems that I have successfully entered this realm.
How wonderful.
Now where could they be?
Who are you?
Me? I have come to replace you, since you will be gone in a while. Can't you feel it? He is beginning to remember and that means you are going to reunite. Rejoice, for I will be here...
I do not think it is time for that yet...
Oh but time will come my dear. I was forced to come here, for there has been a great disturbance in my plans. Everything is changing, even your time did. So go and prepare. There is turbulence coming.
Now... where was I? Ah, yes! Here I come, my darlings...
The center of the square was spacious enough to fit half the population of the town. In the middle stood several statues of kings and queens of the old times. They were made standing in a circle facing each other. It was obvious from their attire and the way they were being presented. They all had one thing in common and it was not the crown on their heads, but a book held by their dominant hand showing its importance.
Luna noticed it almost immediately upon his arrival at the spot. It was quite obvious that it was the object that these people held as high as the sky and had been looking for all tis time. Zenith seemed to catch on to Luna's thoughts.
"Now we know for sure that the royals know about it. He will figure it out."
"Yeah I know, you don't have to tell me that."
He looked distracted from something. She looked around trying to understand what could it be, but to no avail.
"What is it? Luna?" She couldn't even shake him. His gaze and body were completely stack.
His thoughts became loud in his head. 'Bells. Once again, the same ominous sound as before. This music, it was not from the human musicians. Where is this coming from? I could clearly hear the sound of it. But what is it? How? There are so many humans around, but I am certain. Where is it?'
A figure lone in the sea of people, followed by the sound of the bells. Were they bells? I could not tell. He frantically ran towards them, wherever that was. Zenith did not even see him disappear, as if time had seized all actions.
The tingling sound entered his ears repeatedly. Where was he running to? What had his eyes captured that made him so desperate? I could not see. But the sound was as clear as the light of day. I could not hear, but I knew it was there even if I don't know where that is.
Found oneee... hehe.
'I must have lost it. I'm out of breath? How long have I even been running? Shit. Where is that sound even coming from? What the fuck could it be? I'm sure I saw someone run here.'
He stopped for a while.
'Shit. Where am I? This is not the square. Where is Zenith? Fuck. Why did she not follow me, she is all alone damn it.'
He realized he was in a dark alley somewhere far from the festival since there was no music or any humans near.
'Getting angry won't help me I suppose. I should fly back. Shit, he's going to get mad again. Why do I have to babysit of all things. Alright let's see.'
