I stared right at the man in front of me. I could never mistake those cold brown eyes or that disturbing smirk when he saw me.

"Hello Arnold, am Willow, Adrien's uncle. Its a pleasure to meet you." He said holding onto my hand longer than necessary. Even five years later he was still the disturbing pervert he was when i was barely past middle school. I tried so hard not to glare at his form. He had dark brown hair, but this time, it had streaks of a paling grey, a clear indication that Willow was ageing. He was probably in his late fifties.

His cold brown eyes held a certain glint to them as he spoke, he was not much different from the Willow i knew, but there was something different about him. I had been used by him and his friends enough times to know just how heartless he could be.

"Hey honey, I was wondering where you were." We all turned towards the voice entering the hall. Jeremy stood not far from us and behind him stood Jace and his child held firmly close to his chest. Judging from how still the child was, he was probably asleep in Jace's arms. Jeremy stopped when he saw me and so did Jace. Adrien smiled.

"Oh! I didn't know you left work early." He said taking off his shoes and proceeding to enter the house. Willow turned to me and gave me a genuine smile, "Well, come on kid, unless youre gonna sit at the door." He let out a chuckle. I was disgusted. Why was he acting like he did not know me. Why was there no shock in his face after he saw me. Had I changed that much in a little over five years? We entered the house and no one even spared a glance my way. Jeremy and Adrien were conversing and Jace would chime in every now and then. Willow was fussing all over the child Jace was holding and i could not help but hiss protectively when he touched the sleeping child's cheeks.

"Arnold, are you Ok?" I snapped out of my trance to realize Adrien was talking to me. I gave a nod and amiled politely.

"Well, we were wondering if you were gonna sit...am making us some food so we can eat together and catch up." He said. I nodded and sat at a kitchen island chair far from everyone.

"So why did you guys leave early?" Asked Adrien and i Immediately knew that was not my question to answer.

"I wanted Jace to come and cool off, you know? And Miles was exhausted so we wanted him to come sleep here...but hes having trouble doing that. He is probably still shaken." Said Jeremy pointedly staring at me. I didn't speak but i noticed Jace glance my way for a second before turning his attention to his phone. I was suddenly so jealous of that phone. At least it got his attention.

"He's a baby honey, he probably forgot what happened three seconds ago!" Defended Adrien. I resisted the urge to smile at him in appreciation and focused back on my fingers.

"Still..." Jeremy wanted to continue but one hard stare from Adrien got him to shut up. Thank God he was on my side.

They started small talks when i felt a figure sit beside me. I turned to see Willow and my heart started beating real hard. I still had not gotten over the childhood trauma he made me go through! I tried to keep my cool  by looking back at Adrien as he cooked and made small talk with Jeremy.

"So uncle, will you be here for the wedding?" Asked Adrien. Willow looked at him and smiled sadly. I was shocked to see the stingy perverted man had emotions. But anyway, Adrien was his family, i wasn't. That's why he used me like i was no human being.

"If the court rules in my favour son..." He said softly. Adrien's eyes showed how bummed up he was but he nodded and continued with his cooking.

"Did you get a lawyer?" Asked Jeremy.  He nodded and shrugged.

"A Cain Miguel from Italy, i hear he is the best in business cases." He said. My eyes widened. I didn't even know Cain was a lawyer! Was I that disconnected with my family? Unless he was talking of some other Cain.

"Miguel?" Asked Adrien as if he was trying to connect something. I had told him my last name, judging from his look he didn't remember where he heard it from.

"Yes, it is one of the wealthiest families in Italy, and even when they were in America I did some businesses with his father, he beats a lot of us in the business world in both wealth and knowledge, even though we are older." He explained. My eyes widened and so did Jace's and Jeremy's.

"Oh...I've heard of him. I heard the whole family shares in good looks?" Asked Adrien turning to his uncle. Willow nodded smiling.

"Yes, he was looking for his youngest son while we were still partners. He raised my company from scratch and we lost touch..sometimes i wish we hadn't." He said. I stared at him, and i knew two other people in the room who were also pretty fascinated by this.

"Tragic...did he ever find him?" Asked Adrien. His uncle shrugged.

"I don't know...maybe I could ask him the next time we meet. It has been long." He said. My eyes were now trained on the kitchen island. I felt him turn to stare at me. He did not speak for a while before he cleared his throat and sighed.

"You kind of remind me of him..." He chuckled a bit. "If i didnt know any better I'd say you are him when he was a young adult.." He chuckled again and this time, it seemed Adrian connected the dots. He turned to me wide eyed as he looked at my face then opened his mouth to speak but nothing came out.

"You know, I knew an Arnold once.." Said Willow out of nowhere. I wanted to thank him for saving me from answering to Adrien but then i did not like the plot of the next conversation. He was staring at me intently before looking ahead like he was staring into space.

"He was a young boy when i first met him,Arnold Penny worth...he was crying on the streets..." It was only then that i realized i wasn't breathing. I felt dizzy. I saw Jace's eyes widen. He knew my life story. Jeremy's eyes also widened. Of course he knew me. When we were dating that was my name. I had not yet met the Miguels. My chest constricted and my stomach was in knots. I wanted to throw up.

"I wish i could apologise to him...but I cant even remember the last time I saw him.." His eyes were now hollow and my lungs were burning. I needed to breath. Jace was skeptically looking at me. He looked worried. Even i was worried. I felt sick and anxious all at once.

"I hear his mother finally abandoned him and he died..." Now my head was spinning. The last thing i remember seeing was Jace rushing to me and holding me tightly.

"Arnold baby...are you ok? Stay awake for me please...'" My heart was hammering in my chest. The pain in my abdomen was too much. I was in extreme pain.

"He's bleeding...call 911..." I heard Jace yell to someone before everything went black.
