3rd person Point-of-View:
The Dursley's wake up and start their morning routines. Petunia gets dressed and makes breakfast for Vernon, Dudley, and herself. After breakfast, Petunia goes to get the mail. When she opened the door she saw two babies and a letter. She picks up the babies and letter, shuts the door and walks over to Vernon who is holding their 3 year old son Dudley.
"Vern..." Petunia called to him as she walked to him.
"Yes love?" He asks as he looks up at her.
He sees her holding 2 babies and gasps. He sets Dudley in the Playpen to help her.
"Where did they come from love?" He asked her.
"I don't know. I found them on the doorstep with a letter sitting on them." She responds.
The doorbell rings just as they are about to open the letter. Petunia goes to answer it after passing Vernon the second baby for a second.
"I'll get it. Hold both of them for a second." Petunia says and gets up to answer the door. She opens the door and gasps at who she sees.
"Hey sis. Can I come in please?" Roselyn asks with tears in her eyes.
"Yeah. Come in. What's wrong Rose?" Petunia asks.
"I'll explain later, but I'm your new neighbor. We really need to talk though. You, Vernon, and I." Roselyn responds as she enters and they walk to the living room together.
"Okay. Vern, we have a guest." Petunia says as they walk into the living room.
Vernon looks up to see his sister in law. He greets her as she looks at the 2 babies.
"He was right!" Roselyn whispers.
"What do you mean Rose?" They ask her at the same time.
"Could I use your bathroom before I explain. I was sent to live next to you for a reason and I have to ward your house from everyone from my world before I can explain so nobody can overhear anything for everyone's safety." Roselyn says
"Yeah, go ahead." Petunia tells her.
Roselyn gets up and goes to the bathroom and then comes back to the living room and wards the house with every safety and protection spell and charm possible and casts a silent and notice-me-not charm and sits down and looks at her big sister and brother in law.

Petunia's Point-of-View:
Vernon and I talk quietly while holding the two babies and wait for my little sister to come back into the room. When she got back in the room I sit and watch her wards the house with every safety and protection spell and charm possible and casts a silent and notice-me-not charm and sits down and looks at Vernon and myself. She takes a deep breath and then says...
"It's a long and crazy explanation and I will take a truth potion that I brought with me and make a vow so you know that I speak on the truth about this then we will need to read that letter that came with Harrison and Aurora." She says.
"You know who these babies are, Rose?" I ask her.
"I do. And you never got to meet them because Lily never got the chance to tell you because of Albus Dumbledore, who I assume is the one who wrote that letter." She tells me. Vernon and I watch as she takes the truth potion and then makes a vow. I gasp at her vow.
