In a New York at Parker Industries Peter was in his office drinking alone its been a couple of weeks since he has regained his body, and his life has gone to shit. All the Heroes turned their backs on with a select few of them. The Avengers kicked him off the team and threatened him if he even dares to show his face in Avengers Tower.
The same was with the X-Men, Fantastic 4 and the Defenders including the Web Warriors. It hurt and angered Peter that after all he has done for them, they turned his backs on him. Even more when Sue and Drew threatened him to stay away from Franklin, Valeria, and Gerry while Reed and Barton grinned. Kitty and Bobby two that were once his closest friends told him to never go near the school as Summers blasted him with laser beam.
Julia along with Anya, Gwen, Jessica, and Miles also turned their backs and told him that to give up being Spider-Man and surrender his powers as the Center. But in a twist Miles quiet the group telling them he doesn't want apart of them after betraying his mentor.
Even the city hates him now as the NYPD wanted him arrested and behind bars as did S.H.I.E.L.D. as they were shooting at him. Only Yuri, Jean DeWolff, and his sister Teresa were on his side and told him to lay low and out of the public eye.
his personal life also took a big hit as well Mary Jane was trapped in an alternate universe while Otto was in Peter's body leaving her stranded so once he got his body back, he went to save her but the damaged was already done as Mary Jane moved on with a guy name Paul and wanted nothing to do with Peter.
Felicia Hardy the Black Cat another woman in Peter's life also now hated him due to Superior Spider-Man as Otto attacked and left Felicia to be arrested making her new the Queenpin and being back as a villain.
but the hardest thing for Peter was learning about May. During Superior Mr. Negative along with a new Sinister Six unleashed a bioweapon that was created in Oscorp called Devil's breathe as he poisoned New York with many dying before a cure could be created but was too late for May.

When he found out he learned Otto didn't even go to her funeral which made him hate even more when he went, he broke down as the tears flowed as he didn't have the chance to say goodbye. He then felt someone's hand looking back to see it was Kaine, Ben and Teresa as they comforted Peter as they stayed there for a bit.
After that Peter learned that Teresa quiet S.H.I.E.L.D. after she had enough of Hill's attitude. She told her brother that Sajani Jaffrey was working with Tony Stark so he could buy out Parker Industries. with Teresa's help they exposed Sajani as she was later fired and to add a bonus Stark lost alot of funding. To replace Sajani as she also took her team as well a majority of the work force Peter hired Kaine, Ben and Teresa to work at Parker Industries. As of now Peter decided to stop being Spider-Man for the time being he secretly was mentoring Miles as Miles was interning at Parker Industries.
Kaine and Ben decided to protect New York in Peter's stay as he focused more on Parker Industries. Anna Maria Marconia stayed working for Parker Industires after Peter gained his body back. Peter told her that it was Otto Octavius who was control of his body. Anna took the news very well as she continued to help Peter with Parker Industries.
