VELA was created and tamed. He was a boy with the potential to bring the world to its knees, flames if needed. He formed a bond and is a brother to a boy named MITSUKI. Both boys swore to each other to be on each other side. Just as Mitsuki chose to stay in the Village of the Hidden Leaf, Vela had himself alone in most hideouts that were watched and stuck with tight security in each corner.
