It was almost the end of the week and the gang was getting really competitive. Most competitive of all was Tori, who was a diehard fan of Maroon 5.

It was Thursday afternoon, and class had just ended.

"Everything okay, Sikowitz?" Tori asked, noticing a frown on his face.

"I suddenly have a craving for Belgian waffles," Sikowitz said unexpectedly.

"Why the sudden craving?" Andre asked, stopping to join the conversation.

"No, you really don't want to hear it,' Sikowitz said dismissively.

"No, seriously. We'd love to," Tori said, half concerned for her teacher and half hoping to earn some extra points.

"You see..." Sikowitz began. "On the 1-year anniversary of my marriage with my ex-wife, she and I went out to celebrate with a nice breakfast of chocolate chip Belgian waffles, but then something terrible happened. I went to the bathroom while we waited for the check. While I was gone, apparently my ex-wife got into some sort of fight with the people sitting at the booth next to ours. When I came back, the check was on the table and she was gone. After five minutes, when she still hadn't come back, I asked our waitress if she saw where my ex-wife had gone. Turns out, she got herself banned from the restaurant. I paid the check, left the restaurant, and there she was in the car waiting for me. So you see...the whole thing was embarrassing, and every time I would set foot inside of an iHop, it would just remind me of that very day. So I stopped going, but I still love their Belgian waffles," Sikowitz explained.

"Awh, well I'm sorry that had to happen," Tori said.

"But we love iHop too," Andre said. "Why not make some good memories, so you don't have to think about the bad ones?"

"Yeah!" Tori said, chiming in. "Why don't we go and get us all some takeout tomorrow after classes? Then you can enjoy the world's greatest Belgian waffles right here at Hollywood Arts," she proposed.

"That sounds like a plan. Let's do it!" Sikowitz agreed.

The next morning, Sinjin walked through the hallway. Cat, passing by, noticed he was covered in something yellow and sticky.

She gasped. "Sinjin what happened to you?"

"When I got out of my car, I got pelted with eggs out of nowhere," Sinjin explained with a disgusted sigh .

"OMG, how awful. Do you need to change clothes?" Cat asked.

"What's that going to do? I should just accept the fact that I'm now afraid of eggs," Sinjin said.

"Sinjin, it sounds like it was just a prank, don't take it so hard," Cat said.

"I'll be hiding my shame in the janitor's closet if you need me," Sinjin said as he walked away, feeling depressed.

That same evening,Tori, Andre and Sikowitz arrived at the iHop that was closest to Hollywood Arts.

"I don't know if I want to go in," Sikowitz said, hesitating.

"We're going inside to get you some Belgian waffles," Tori said firmly but gently.

"You'll have the time of your life," Andre said as they exited his car.

They all went inside the restaurant and got themselves a table. Before long they had ordered chocolate chip Belgian waffles and started to enjoy themselves.
