Morning.

Brooke's house. Basment.

Alex barely slept last night. The words of samantha kept playing over and over. His pokemon could here them due to the mind link. Alex sat on the matress staring at Jake's number. He didnt say anything. His pokemon grew concerned. "Why dont you call him?" Ninja suggested "you seem to miss him." Alex ignored him. "No dont! he will probably abandon you again." Rocket said. Alex ignored her. Emerald had no idea what to say. Alex couldnt stop thinking about Jake. He does want to call him but what If Jake let's him down again? What if hes still a coward? Alex had no idea. Suddenly somone ran into the door of the basment. Alex go up in suprise. Aled was about to yell "WHO THERE!?!?" but "SORRY!!" Billy yelled. It seemed Billy had accidentally ran into the door. "Not this kid again...." rocket groaned. Alex, ninja glared at her but emerald gave her a look. "BILLY DLNT RUN IN THE HOUSE!!!!" brooke yelled. "I CAN RUN WERE I WANT TO MUM!!!!" Billy protested. "NO!! YOU CANT RAN IN THE HOUSE!!!! YOU CAN RUN OUTSIDE!!!!" brooke yelled back. "YOU DONT MAKE THE RUOES YOU OLD HAG!!!!" Billy shouted. Rocket bursts into laughter and Alex snorted. "DANM!!" he cried. Emerald and ninja gave them looks.

"WHAT DID YOU CALL ME BILLY!?" brooke yelled. She sounded pissed. Alex and his pokemon could tell Billy knew his messed up. "I.... UMMMM-" "I WANT YOU TO REPEAT THAT!!!" Brooke roared. "Oh sh#t....." Alex grumbled. He and his pokemon exchanged looks from each other. "MUMMY I DIDNT MEAN THAT I SWE-" "YOUR GROUNDED!!!! GO. TO. YOUR. ROOM!!!!!" Brooke roared angrily "NO TABLET, XBOX, COMPUTOR OR OREOS FOR YOU!!!!!!. They then heard fast running. "HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!" Rocket laughed. Everyone ignored him. Just then, the basemnt door opened. It was brooke. 'Oh sh#t....' rocket said in her mind. She went down the basment stairs like nothing happened. 'How the f#ck is she acting like nothing happened?!' Alex woundered in his mind. 'How the f#ck am I supost to know?!' Rocket responded in her mind. "Morning!" Brooke said kindly like she didnt yell at Billy earlier. "Uhhhhhh hi?" Alex responded. "Breakfast is ready in 15 minutes." Brooke stated. "Ugh..... I hate breakfast...." Alex grumbled. His pokemon give him a look. (With rocket glaring.) "What was that!?." Brooke asked firmly. "Nothing! Nothing!" Alex responded quickly. "Good....." brooke then noticed Jake's number. "I see you have your friends number." She pointed out "Samantha told me that you might wana contact him from my phone." He did but didnt at the same time. 'Guys should I contact him?' Alex asked in his mind. 'Its up to you.' Ninja responded in mind. 'Nah.' Rocket responded in her mind. 'You do you Alex.'emerald responded in her mind. Alex paused to think. "Y-yeah I do." He responded nervously. Brooke gave him a small smile. She then gave Alex his phone. "Add his number. I'll let Jake's parents know." Brooke said. She then left. Alex sighed. "Should I go through with this?" He woundered out loud. "If you want to." Ninja answered. Alex sighed. He slowly added Jake's number to brooke phone. He then stared at it.

Mitis town. Jake's house. Jake's room.

Jake sat on his bed with his eevee. Once again he was isolating himself.  Like before his parents were trying their best to convince him to go downstairs but this time they wanted to talk to him. Jake ignored them everytime they said a word to him. Eevee and Jake's parents were more concerned than last time. They seem to be growing more and more concerned each day. Suddenly there was a knocked on his door. Jake ignored it. "Eevee...." he sighed. "Jake it's you dad! Alex wants to talk to you. His aunt told me. So Uhhhhh hears you phone." Ben said. Jake and eevee were taken aback. "Wait... d-does he actually???" Jake asked nervously "or i-is this some trick to get me to go downstairs???" "J-Jake I'm not lieing! I can show you the message from brooke!" His father responded. "Okay...." Jake said. Jake reluctantly got up and opened the door. His father hugged him. Eevee watched from a distance. Jake did a half hug back. "Can I see Brooke's text?" He asked. "O-oh right! Here you go son!" Ben the showed Jake his phone and Jake nearly burst into tears. He was too shocked to speak. 'Why does he want to talk to me? I let him down. I'm a failure.....' Jake thought.he was holding back tears. Jake was also thinking about what he was gonna say to Alex. "So uhhhh hears you phone son." Ben said awkwardly. Ben then handed Jake his phone. For 5 minutes Jake stood there. He was thinking what to say. He was very suprid9that Alex wanted to talk to him. Jake feels like a failure.... he then went back inside his room and shut the door.

Silvent city. Brooke's house. Basment.

Alex sat on the matress and sighed. Should he call first? What was he gonna say? How will Jake react to seeing him again? Those are questions Alex woundered. His pokemon didnt say anything to him. "Should I call first" should I call first? should I call first?" Alex kept repeating that question. "Alex you dont HAVE to call him if you dont want to." Ninja said. ,Alex ignored him. His pokemon could tell Alex was stressing out. Rocket rubbed against his leg. Emerald cuddled in his lap. Ninja went on his shoulder and rubbed against his cheek. "You do great. Just dont loose your sh#t okay?" Ninja said. "Okay....." Alex responded. Suddenly Jake called. His number rang. "Uhhhhhh...... WHAT DO I DO!?!?"  Alex cried. "ANSWER IT!!!!" ninja yelled. "HANG UP!!!!" Rocket yelled. Emerald faceplamed. Alex then decided to answer it.

Jake and Alex stared at each other. It felt awkward. Jake looked like he was crying. "Hey......" Jake said slowly. Alex just stared at him. 'Alex you should say somthing!' Ninja said in his mind. Alex ignored ninja. "Ummmmmmmmmmmmmm................-" "hi...." Alex said quietly. "This is so awkward...." eevee grumbled. Alex's head the turned to eevee. 'I can understand other peoples Pokemon aswell???' Alex gasped in his mind. "Its not like its obvious or anything..." rocket sarcastically replied. Alex's head shot towards rocket. "Alex focus! Maybe ask how he is!" Ninja suggested. Alex then turned back to Jake and "sooooooo..... hows is uh-life?" He awkwardly asked. Jake couldnt hold his tears back any longer. He burst into tears. "ITS BEEN AWFUL!!!!! I WORRIE IF CYPRESS IS GONNA KIDNAPP YOU!!! I DONT WANA LOOSE YOU!!!!!!!! I ISOLTE MYSELF BECAUSE IM A FAILURE!!!!" Jake cried. Alex was taken aback by this. 'So samantha was telling the truth....' Alex said in his mind. 'Yeah... she was...' emerald said in her mind. "What the hell!? You shouldnt isolate yourself!" Alex exclaimed. "B-but I deserve it..... I-I l-let you d-down.... I'm a no good coward..." Jake sobbed. "Jake dont say that...." eevee said in a comforting tone. "I-I was selfish and I regret what I did...." Jake sobbed. "Yeah you were." Eevee deadpanned. Rocket snorted. Ninja and emerald gave her a look. Alex had no clue what to say. "And I'm sorry..." Jake finished. Alex was taken aback. Did Jake really mean it? "I-I-I it's fine I guess..." he responded. Jake was taken aback. "A-are you sure!? My-my parents keep t-telling me that-that your gonna end our f-f-friendship..." Jake admitted reluctantly. "T-that cruel...." Alex stated. "Yeah.... sooooooooo.... hows life for you right now?" Jake asked. "Absolute sh#t." Alex answered "I DONT wana talk about it...." "that's understandable. so we good?" Jake asked hopefully. "Yeah." Alex answered. "Talk tomorrow?" Jake asked. "Sure." Alex responded. Jake then hanged up.
