"Hey why are you dragging me with you," I ask Meredith while she drags me down the hall with her.

"Meredith, can I talk to you for a second?" Derek asks suddenly behind us

"Oh hey!" I say surprised he found us so fast

"Hey B," He says he attention still on Meredith

"Actually, I was-" Derek cuts her off dragging her arm still dragging me along

He pushes us all into the hallway near the staircase

"Dr. Shepherd." Meredith says turned away from him

"Dr. Shepherd? This morning, it was Derek. Now it's Dr. Shepherd." He says while I scrunch my face in disgust not wanting to hear this conversation

"Dr. Shepherd, we should pretend it never happened." Meredith says trying to keep whatever they had professional.

"What never happened, you sleeping with me last night, or you throwing me out this morning? Because both or fond memories I'd like to hold onto." He tells her having his usual smirk.

"Eww." I whisper questioning why Bailey put me on this case with Meredith

"No, there will be no memories. I'm not the girl in the bar anymore, and you're not the guy. This can't exist you get that, right?" Meredith explains to him

He nods with her, "You took advantage of me, and now you want to forget it."

"I did not-" He cuts her off

"I was drunk, vulnerable, and good-looking, and you took advantage." He says with something like puppy dog eyes

"Ok guys finish this up please, we-" I try to start but get interrupted

Meredith starts smiling, "Ok, I was the one who was drunk, and you are not that good-looking."

"Let's drink to that." I say annoyed I was dragged in this situation

They both stare at me before Derek starts talking, "Maybe not today. Last night, I was very good-looking. I had my red shirt on. You took advantage."

"I did not take advantage-"

"Want to take advantage again say, Friday night?" Derek says trying to shoot his shot with Meredith

"No. You're an attending, and I'm your intern. Stop looking at me like that." Meredith says while they at VERY close.

"Like what?" Derek questions while still staring at her

"Like you've seen me naked." Meredith says while Derek just smiles at her

"Dr. Shepherd. This is inappropriate. Has that ever occurred to you?" Meredith asks him before grabbing my hand and dragging my out the hallway

TIME SKIP

We sit in the observation room while watching the nurses prepare the patient for surgery.

"He's gonna faint. He's a fainter." Some random person says coming into the room

"No, code brown, right in his pants."

"He's all about the flop sweat. He's going to sweat himself unsterile."

"10 bucks says he messes up the McBurney."

I start to tune out what everyone around me is saying until I hear Meredith start speaking

"$50 says he pulls the whole thing off. That's one of us down there, the first one of us. Where's your loyalty?" She questions still looking at the preparation

"$75 says he cont even i.d the appendix." Christina says leaning forward

"I'll take that action." Izzie says opening some type of food.
