Background: Satoru Fujihidari is the next Kamen Rider Joker/Double aka Shotaro Hidari. He is living with his mother and young sister after his father pass away because he is died in a investigation accident, Satoru's father was a Detective and teach Satoru about being Detective. Satoru meet Riku Sugiyama in middle school, and he being a school nerd as he befriend Riku but Riku being stoic. Satoru want Riku to be his Aibou but Riku refused and decide to study hard. Satoru show Riku the show called Kamen Rider, Riku enjoy watch Kamen Rider W especially Philip. They become the Detective Duo, and Satoru meet Kirino Nakatsukasa who is a student want to be a Police, Satoru and Kirino become friend but both of them are shy confessed their feeling to each other which annoyed Riku a bit. After the school, they meet Foundation X Agents tried to kidnapped them. The aurora curtain took them away and send them to another world, they meet Tsukasa Kadoya who told them that Foundation X and Museum are back, he chosen them to become Kamen Rider Double much to their excitement, and they accept. Tsukasa take the case and given to them before send them to world of Detective Conan.
