Background: Riku Sugiyama is the next Kamen Rider Cyclone/W. He's is the Successor of Philip aka Raito Sonozaki. He is a rich son living with his mother after he heard his father and his siblings die in plane crash. Making Riku feel depressed and read books alone, he never feel happy without his sibling and practice his martial arts. Some bully try to ask him for the money but he beat them up. He meet Masha who was curious about him and become his friend which surprise him and they fall in love. Masha and Riku meet Alya and her boyfriend as he congratulated Alya. Soon Riku meet Satoru who was annoying due to Satoru's stubborn, as he learn they both lost their father as Riku become Satoru's partner. After Riku visit Alya's grave because she died in accident and feel sad that he lost his Girlfriend's Sister as he reunited with Satoru. They head back to their home suddenly men in white suit try to kidnapped them before aurora curtain took them away. Satoru and Riku meet Tsukasa and chosen Riku become Kamen Rider W as they accept it before send them to world of Detective Conans.
