It was a normal day in the agency. Quiet yet not, all because of one particular man who would not stop pestering his beloved partner. Yes, that's right, Dazai has once again started his daily chore of annoying the heck out of poor Kunikida who was trying his best to complete his reports which was due the next day. Note the word, trying. 

Honestly, no matter how hard Kunikida tried to ignore the bandaged man, he just couldn't. Why? Well, for starters, the man in question was shaking Kunikida back & forth from his seat, trying his absolute best in gaining the dirty blonde's attention. The other members present in the agency, simply minded their own business, being used to the duo's little show which happens every day, every hour, every minute & every second. Ok, maybe that's a little exaggerated but hey, no one could stop Dazai from annoying the hell out of his dear partner who he adores very much.

"Dazai, I swear, if you do not unhand me this instant, I will throw you across the damn room."

Kunikida seethed, glaring at Dazai who was innocently smiling at the older, seemingly playing dumb to the statement that had left the blonde's mouth.

"Oh, but you wouldn't dare Kunikiiiida-kun~ You love me too much to do such things~"

"...You're right, I do love you."

"Awee~ Kuniki-"

Dazai got cut off as the door was being busted down to which it flew & hit Dazai, throwing him across the room.

"Oh, hell no you stupid walking waste of bandages! Kunikida loves me more than your mackerel lookin ass!"

Behold, the one, the only, Nakahara Chuuya, Port Mafia executive, short ginger that must not be underestimated due to his abnormal strength. A loving partner of both Kunikida & Dazai- though he doesn't admit that.

"Chuuya, what did I say about breaking the doors down?"

"Not to do it..."

"And what did you do?"

"I broke the door & sent it flying across the room. But to be fair, I was saving your ass from that annoying mackerel so, you should really thank me."

Chuuya sulked as he leaned against Kunikida's table, ignoring the grunts from underneath the door that he just busted down.

"I know you also did that to announce your presence in the agency, Chuu."

Standing up from his seat, Kunikida went to help Dazai up and proceeded to help dust him down. Chuuya, who was still sulking, looked away & rolled his eyes.

"But thank you Chuuya."

"Well, you are most welcome. Anything for my ideal man."

"Ew-"

"What ew, you mackerel!"

"Ew, because I just saw you act all soft and mushy."

"I should say that to you! You were acting up, trying to get Kunikida's attention!"

"Nahhh~ You're just jealous~"

"Why you-"

"That's enough boys. I love both of you equally, okay? No need to fight over my attention. I'll always give you two the attention you need."

"Aweee, really? ~"

Dazai looked at Kunikida with puppy dog eyes while Chuuya just waited for Kunikida's answer, sensing a "but..." coming along.

"But?"

"But only when you two deserve it-"

"WHAT?!"

The two shouted in disbelief. Kunikida casually walked back to his seat & looked at the two flabbergasted men. As the two continued to complain & whine like little kids, Kunikida sat there, thinking of a way to help the two not get at each other's throat...as much. He knew the two liked each other as much as they liked Kunikida but the two idiots just seem to deny their strong feelings for one another. With that, he thought of an idea.

"We should go out."

Silence. Chuuya & Dazai blinked once, twice, thrice, before looking at each other then back at Kunikida, stared at each other for a few seconds before shouting in synchrony,

"WHO THE HELL ARE YOU & WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO OUR KUNIKIDA?!"

Sighing, Kunikida got up from his seat & walked towards the shocked two, placing each hand on their head.

"We're going out. This is for you guys to at least get along better than you are now. And no, it's not a question, it's a statement, we ARE going out together, whether you like it or not."

"But Kunikiiiidaaaa-"

"Oh, shut up mackerel. Let's just listen to Kunikida & bond I guess..."

Chuuya mumbled the last few parts of his sentence, a slight blush creeping up his face. Kunikida heard this & smiled softly at Chuuya's tsundere personality that he has always found cute. Not only him but Dazai too, secretly found it cute but he would never admit that to anyone.

"Well? Let's get going then! The restaurant's going to get packed in two hours, so we better be there early to avoid the queue."

Both Chuuya & Dazai could only nod. Kunikida informed Fukuzawa that he'd be off work early with Dazai. The President only nodded as he understood what was going on. He definitely didn't eavesdrop on their conversation as he was patting his cat that was in his arms.

With that, the short ginger & the tall mackerel followed Kunikida out & to the restaurant that was fortunately a few blocks away from the agency.

As they were making their way to the restaurant, families, couples, friends, strangers, were all staring & snickering at a certain odd yet loud group. Now, now, did you really think that the supposed peaceful short walk to the restaurant would be quiet? Ridiculous, utterly ridiculous, we're talking about Chuuya & Dazai here. Walking together & bickering like they always do, just like the old times, as Kunikida stayed silent throughout. Truth be told, he was simply too tired to deal with their constant bickering. Like, how can the two keep on finding faults & reasons to argue about? Not only that but how could they keep that up for hours? Kunikida sighed at the two literal adults that act as childish as a toddler as he thought to himself, how did he end up babysitting his own boyfriends- much less a chaotic duo. There are certain people who found the trio's "friendship" adorable, some teens would squeal at how hot yet adorable they looked...together~ 

Honestly, this was such a normal occurance, they don't mind the attention at that point. It's just a part of their daily life the very moment Chuuya stepped into their life & became their beloved partner.
