Pratham checks Anisha's phone and shocked to read her chats with different men
Pratham is heartbroken and he commits suicide
Pratham's family blames Anisha for same and police arrests Anisha for doing fraud with multiple men.
Feeling ashamed of Anisha's deeds Anand and Mahima try to commit suicide but are stopped by other family members. Mahima and Anand with Harsh and Manjiri visit Pratham's parents. Pratham's parents are initially unwilling to talk to them but later they accept the condolences of Birlas, revealing Birla's innocence in the matter and blaming Anisha alone. Parth and Neil meet Kairav and applozise him.
Anisha is found to mentally unstable person, thus she is sent to mental hospital.
Anisha troubles the people there and sayimg she will only calm down if she meets Kairav
Parth requests Kairav to meet Anisha once
Kairav unwilling meets Anisha
Anisha falls at her feet begs Kairav to accept her love. Seeing Anisha's condition Doctor asks Kairav to act as Anisha's lover so that they can continue her treatment. Kairav agrees
Kairav goes to meet Anisha everyday and Anisha shares her traumatic childhood to Kairav. How she was ignored and unloved by everyone. Kairav sees Akshara in her place for a while and feels sorry for Anisha. He realises everything she was doing was to gain attention and love, which turned into a mental illness. Kairav try to understand her. And they soon become best friend. Seeing this Mahima and Anand become happy
Birlas visit Goenkas with the marraige proposal for Kairav. But Goenkas decline the proposal. Later Kairav agrees to marry Anisha but only after Vansh's marraige. Anisha is discharged.
Vansh is not ready to marry right now so he convinces Kairav to marry first. Kairav and Anisha's wedding preparations are done. But on the day of engagement Akshara finds Anisha with some other man, Akshara overhears Anisha saying I love you to the man. Akshara tells this to everyone. But Birlas don't believe her saying Anisha is changed now. But Krishna catches her red handed and bring the truth in front of family via video clip. Anisha gets scared and jumps off the building. She is rushed to hospital and she survives.
Birlas request Goenkas not to call off the wedding but this time Kairav himself calls off the Wedding.
Anisha gets back to senses and starts asking about hey cousin manyu who is studying in abroad. Anisha requests Harsh to bring him. (so that he can punish Kairav and Goenkas)
