i noticed josie's black nissan altima pull up in front of my houses pathway. i was currently standing in front of it, so she stopped as soon as she saw me.
shortly after i walked up to the car and got in.
"we finna be so fucked up tonight lani. i bought some tito's, hold it."
josie said putting the tito's onto my lap as i buckled myself in. i giggled and said,
"i thought u said u quit drinkin?"
"i thought so too but.."
josie shrugged then put the car in drive starting to head down the road from my house.
"ouu i can't wait to see what will go down at this party."
i stated feeling butterflies flutter in my stomach.
"for real, you do know that probably slump will be there? and che baee.. whew!"
josie said excitedly squirming around in her seat.
"calm down josie, gee i can tell your super excited to see che."
"no because i literally love him lani."
"i knoww. you also have a super high possibly of him even talking to you tonight."
"shid, he better talk to me."
josie cheesed as she still had her hands on the steering wheel. i try not to think too much about slump but since we didn't talk for a while
i have never got to see him in person before. we only chatted in instagram dms for a bit.
he had reached out to me first replying to one of my comments i left on his post, i guess he saw my account and dmed me.
i didn't expect him to even respond or acknowledge me at all especially because of how many other people had commented on it.
until i left him on seen when i was too busy and forgot to respond.
"now that im thinking about it, i realized i never saw slump in person before."
i said looking out the window as we passed different cars and houses.
"das true, you haven't. that's okay though, yall finna get to know each other more in that bedroom."
