"What the fuck!!!.What do you mean by you don't know where he is???" Ryder yelled to his phone making me flinch
"Hold on. I'm coming. He won't get away this time. I'll make sure I take his eyes...stupid asshole " he continued, and with that, he ended the call. Meanwhile, I was still trying hard to convince him that I'm sleeping but this man knows me from deep within.
"I know you're awake" he said in his deep husky voice.
"Uhm-a-are you going somewhere?" I asked not dating to look at him and he turned me to face him, and kissed me.
"Yes kitten, I have to head somewhere to take care of some business" he said after releasing me
"Take care, I'll be back by the break of dawn. Sleep tight kitten" he concluded and got out of bed. He quickly dressed up and left the room. This was my opportunity. I waited until I was fully convinced that he had left the mansion. I went to the maids dress up room and changed as one of the maids. I then took quiet steps down the stairs. Just as I was about to leave the door-
"You! And where do you think you're going by this time??!" One of Ryder's men pointed but I didn't turn to face him, I was definitely not going to let him see me. I had a talent of different voices. So I just used one of them.
"Uhm my mother is sick. I've taken permission from the boss and he says I can go." I replied.
"He did? Wait I'll call him-"
"No! Uhm the boss said that no one should disturb him, that he'll be very busy this evening" I declared
"Hmm. Okay you may go, take care of yourself." He said and I nodded and left the mansion. Finally! I was free. I ran down the streets, unsure of where I was going but I was heading somewhere. I saw a taxi, I was scared but I had to go away from this place. So I boarded the taxi, straight to Sophia's place. We were almost there when we heard gunshots. And then one of Ryder's men came to our taxi.
"Come out my lady, otherwise he'll get hurt!" He said pointing that gun at the man. I quickly followed him. What was I even thinking. I will never escape from this place. Ryder's men took me to the black limo. I was so fucking scared thinking Ryder was in there. But to my greatest surprise, he wasn't. We drove back. Back to that prison.
