At first, the Resistance treated me with kindness and respect. They showed me to a comfortable room, filled with soft blankets and warm sunlight. They brought me delicious food and offered me books to read.Grace and the others checked on me frequently, asking about my well-being and listening attentively to my responses. I began to feel a sense of belonging, like I had finally found a safe haven.
But as the days passed, I started to notice strange occurrences. Grace and the others would often whisper to each other, their eyes darting towards me with a calculating gaze. They would quickly change the subject when I approached, their smiles faltering for a moment before they regained their composure.
One evening, as I was exploring the estate, I stumbled upon a room that seemed off-limits. I pushed open the door, and my heart sank.
Grace and the others were huddled around a phone, their voices hushed but urgent. I crept closer, my ears straining to listen.
"Yes, Ryder, we have her," Grace said, her voice dripping with deceit. "She's safe and sound... No, we won't let her go. She's too valuable... Of course, we'll follow your instructions."
My blood ran cold as I realized the truth. The Resistance had kidnapped me, and they were working with Ryder all along. The kindness, the smiles, the warmth – it was all an act.
I felt like a fool, blinded by their deception. My heart raced with fear as I realized I was trapped, once again. And this time, I had no idea how to escapee.

I was still reeling from the shock of Grace's betrayal when the sound of gunfire and screams filled the air. The Resistance's headquarters was under attack.Grace's eyes widened in panic as she grabbed me, pulling me towards a hidden exit. "We have to get out of here, now!"
But it was too late. Ryder's rivals, a ruthless gang known for their brutal tactics, stormed into the room. "Aurora, you're coming with us," their leader sneered, his eyes gleaming with triumph.
Grace tried to fight back, but she was no match for the rival gang. They overpowered her, and I was dragged away, thrown into a van speeding through the night.
I was trapped, once again, a pawn in a game of power and control. The rival gang's leader, a cold-blooded man named Victor, sneered at me. "You're our ticket to taking down Ryder and Grace. And we'll stop at nothing to get what we want."
I knew I had to think fast, to find a way to escape before it was too late. But for now, I was at the mercy of Victor and his gang, my fate hanging in the balance.
Victor's gang took me to their hideout, a heavily guarded fortress on the outskirts of the city. I was thrown into a dark cell, the door slamming shut behind me.
As I lay in the darkness, I realized that I had been played. Grace and the Resistance had used me as bait to lure Ryder into a trap. And now, Victor's gang was using me as leverage to take down their rivals.
But I refused to be a pawn in their game. I knew I had to escape, to find a way to take down both Ryder and Victor's gangs.
As I waited for an opportunity to strike, I heard whispers in the darkness. A faint voice, barely audible.
"Aurora, is that you?"
I strained to listen, my heart racing with hope. "Who is it?"
"Grace, We have to leave this place now"
"Okay, I'm ready. Let's get out of here."
Grace led me to Ryder's mansion, but instead of finding him, we were greeted by an empty house.
"Where is he?" I asked Grace, my voice laced with concern.
Grace frowned, pulling out her phone. "I'll try to reach him."
Just then, one of Ryder's men appeared. "Grace, Ryder needs you to take Aurora to Greece. Now."
Grace's eyes widened. "What's going on?"
"The arrangements have been made. Your flight tickets, everything. You need to leave immediately."
Grace hesitated, but then nodded. "Okay, let's go."
Things are about to get spicy. The dangerous part of the book is starting to unfold.
Leave if you can't handle it!!!!!
