chapter 2
~ alex's pov~
I seriously cant believe i just met Niall Horan better yet im his nurse for a few days I was never a super huge fan like my sister julie but I always thought NIall and Harry were cute.Julie is gonna freak when i tell her maybe ill ask Niall if hes ok with meeting my little sister. I sound like some crazed fangirl I silently laughed to myself for thinking like this and called julie.
I know what your thinkng an 18 year old girl taking care of a 12 year old. Well my mom died when I was only 14 because of a drunk driver and my dad was just so depressed he couldnt take it, he was a single stay at home dad taking care of two kids i wouldnt blame him and he overdosed on depression pills, we were put in a foster home but we ran away out of town and i lied about my age and got a job to support me and my little sister and now im an 18 year old nurse.
I called my sister from the hospitals phone and waited until she picked up
"hey Alex whats up are you almost home from work?" she said excitedly
I chuckled as I heard her complain " I wont be home for a few hours Jules but its for a good cause I promise and I left you some leftovers in the fridge ok i'll be home soon I was just checking up"
"yay thanks and im fine love you " she said tiredly after all it was like 9:30 which is late for a 12 year old.
" love you to baby I gotta go bye" I said slowly I hated leaving her alone s I always worried about her
"bye" and we hung up I saw the little light on the desk shine signalling that Niall needed me in his room
I walked in to his room and saw his hair in all directions and he gave me a small smile it made him look younger almost but he was a year older than me I waved at him and spoke
"hey whats up can I get you anything?" I asked him a little confused that he needed me so late
"no not really I was just bored I was wondering if you'd like to get to know each other?"he said so confidently but you can still see the slight pink forming on his cheeks
I smiled and checked the time 10:15 I did'nt have to be home for another 40 minutes so I agreed and sat down
"well what would you liketo know?" I asked with a smirk
"well how did you become a nurse and do you have any family?" he asked with a smile but that disappeared when he say my face fall. I sighed and just told him everything from when my mom died to how im living with my little sister I wasn't ashamed or bottled up like most people wth problems because it showed how I was a strong person and I always put up a fight when something got in my group with his four brothers reffering to the boys which went home for the night I looked at the time and it was almost 11, I immedietly shot up cursing to myself for not keeping track of time he looked confused so i told him i needed to be home.
"I needed to be home like 20 minutes ago my sister is home alone which reminds me do you mind if I could bring my sister to meet you guys?" I asked hope clear in my voice
"yea i'd love to meet your sister im sure the other boys would love to meet her to oh and alex your a strong girl thanks for sharing your story with me" he smiled
"no problem Niall thanks for listening" I walked ovr to his bed and kissed him on the cheek I felt him tense under me but payed no attention to it and walked out to my car and drove home. When i got there I saw Jules in my bed cuddled with a stuffed bear my mother gave her when she was 6 her soft snores leaving her pink lips I kissed her forehead and changed into comfortable clothes only to go to sleep next to her.
~Niall's pov~
That girl was simply amazing I cant believe she went through all that I also cant believe she shared it with me. Honestly didnt know if the boys were ok with meeting her little sister but im sure they wouldn't mind after all we all love our fans.
after our talk she seemed relieved to get all that off her chest and I was happy she did if she kept that bottled in I dont know what she would have done. I could see she really loved her sister with how pissed she was when she saw she should've been home. when I felt her kiss my cheek I felt all fluttery I hope sge didn't feel me tense when she did that I just have one question 'are we friends?'

alright guys thats chapter two i hope you like please recommend me im new writer and this is my very fist fanfic and im ot really planning it like oter people do i wing it and i know the main character alex has brown eyes and melissa benoist has colored eyes i just think shes really pretty and maked a good couple with niall i dont just put any pretty girl for a main character i make sure they make attractive babies alright well bye guys and jules is an adorable girl promise look her up - alyssa
