Camden POV
Rhea did a good job covering up the marks left by her. I've practically been hiding behind her ever since though.
"So why are you hiding?" She spoke up as I glanced over my shoulder.
"Because I want to." I answered back as she snorted as we stopped at our lockers for a moment.
We put our things up in silence before we walked into our first period and found our seats in the back of the class.
"Yeah right." She said as we sat down.
"Camden we've been friends for years lying to me is impossible." She said as I rolled my eyes.
"Are you attempting to hide from whatever hungry being had fun on your neck last night?" She asked with a smirk as I groaned.
"Why do you do this?" I asked as she laughed.
"You expect me to not tease my very sheltered friend after she got hickies all over her neck at a party?" She asked with sarcasm as I rolled my eyes at her.
"Shut up." I mumbled hiding my face in my hands as she laughed at my misery.
"Someone's flustered. What did you like it or something?" She teased as I rolled my eyes.
"No. No I didn't. Now leave me alone." I replied as she chuckled and rolled her eyes.
"Yeah sure keep telling yourself that." She said turning her attention to the teacher that entered the classroom.
Time for class.
