Narrator POV
A stalker was what he was.
Him and Allison knew that much.
He was sick in the head to Allison. Someone who had stalked her ever since she rose within the school.
But to him he was only an admirer of sorts. His thoughts were of which he'd be good to her they were perfect for each other in a sense.
A twisted sense.
At the beginning of her years as a cheerleader he had her eyes on her. Following her around with all the other men. Blending in.
While she was the perfect cheerleader. Lead the team to victory. Without knowing of her admirer until the pictures began to show up.
Pictures of her by the admirer. One's great pleasure to him but horror to her.
He wanted her to reciprocate his feelings while she ignored it and hoped it would go away. The feelings he had were one sided and would always be one sided.
This happened for months he had admired her and got nothing in return while she on the other hand told the ones she trusted.
Zalea being one of them.
She helped Allison through it and soon left someone behind as she did so. The stalker soon gave up on her finding him.
Knowing who he was.
But he knew one thing.
He wouldn't let anyone else fall for her.
And that was a promise.
Not even Camden.
But to Allison, Camden meant something. Even though she didn't know it yet Camden meant something.
He was not to ruin that.
Allison was going to make sure of that. That was a promise.
