It had always been us, Leanna and Draco.

From the day we were born, to our first birthdays, when Draco broke his leg, when we learnt to ride bikes, to our first year at Hogwarts and to every single extravagant party our mothers had thrown. We were always there for each other.

My mother, Celine Alarie and Draco's mother, Narcissa Malfoy had been the best of friends when they had gone to Hogwarts and they were very delighted when they both had gotten pregnant around the same time.

As expected Draco and I had become the best of friends and when him and I started our first year at Hogwarts, we made other friends. You would have thought we'd grow apart because of it, but it only brought us closer together.

As time passed, we all became good friends.

Through the years, our friendship never faltered, which brings us to today.

I'm at King's Cross with my family looking for the Malfoy's as we are supposed to meet up with them. The platform is filled with people as always. I look around trying to find a glimpse of the familiar platinum blonde hair.

"Oh, look there they are," My father, Antoine Alarie says as he moves forward. My mother and I follow close behind, careful not to get lost in the crowd.

I look over to see Draco wearing his signature black suit, he's grown taller. His hair isn't slicked back anymore, thanks to me. I was the one who helped him with his hair after he'd told me he wanted to change it during the summer.

I catch his eye and wave, I'd seen him just a few days ago unlike my other friends who I'd been missing all summer.

He waves back and we head over to them. Our parents greet each other, we have a high reputation, being part of the sacred 28. We've been taught to be respectful and have good manners, but of course, there are some exceptions.

"Alright, children. You should be going now." Father says.

We're sitting with our friends in a compartment catching up on all we've been doing during the summer while eating some snacks from the trolley.

Our small little friend group consists of me, Pansy, Daphne, Astoria, Theo, Blaise and Draco. Daphne's a year older than all of us, but that never stopped her from hanging out with us.

"Yeah, Paris was great, man." Theo says while eating a chocolate frog, chewing with his mouth wide open.

"Ew, Theo, don't talk while you're eating." Daphne exclaims, disgusted.

Theo completely ignores her and continues talking about his trip to Paris. I laugh a little at Daphne's expression.

"Anyways, Draco. What's with the new hair? Look at it." Blaise laughs. I could see why they would want to talk about his new hair as it's no longer the same old greasy style.

"Yeah, I kind of missed the slick back look," Pansy says while laughing.

Theo reaches out and pushes Draco's hair back to make it look like his same old style. Draco smacks his hand away, groaning.

"No, stop it! Don't touch my hair."

Draco fixes his hair, an annoyed expression resting on his face.
