The three of them were walking down the street when Sam received a call that made him frantic. Catherine recognized the voice—it was Sarah.

"What happened?" Bucky asked, his brow furrowed with concern.

"Karli called Sarah. She just threatened my nephews," Sam replied, his voice tight with worry.

Catherine quickly pulled out her phone and began texting someone, while Sam gave Sarah instructions to stay safe. Suddenly, Catherine snatched the phone from Sam's hand.

"Hey Sarah, it's Cat!" she said, her voice calming.

"What are you doing with my brother, Catherine?" Sarah asked, a mix of confusion and worry in her tone.

"Actually, I'm helping your brother out of this mess, and don't worry, I will personally deliver him to you safe and sound," Catherine assured her. Before Sarah could ask anything else, Catherine continued, "Now, listen to me carefully. I'm sending my people to pick you up. They're already on the way. When they ask for a code, just tell them what I send you, alright?"

"Okay, I understand," Sarah replied, nodding even though Catherine couldn't see her.

"Pack light and take some cash for emergencies. And FYI, Thunder will be there," Catherine added with a hint of a smile.

"No problem. And come back safe because you have a lot to explain," Sarah said firmly.

"Yes, ma'am!" Catherine replied sheepishly before handing the phone back to Sam.

Sam looked at Catherine, puzzled. "Wait, how do you know my sister?"

"Have you heard of a certain friend she made while you were blipped?" Catherine asked.

"Yeah, her name—" Sam's eyes widened in realization. "Was Cat."

"Congratulations, you have your answer," she sassed.

"Wait!" Sam stopped walking. "How do you know Sarah? More like why do you know Sarah?" Sam asked, a little skeptical.

"You saved his life, put your life on the line for him—" she pointed at James, "and helped save the universe," she replied with a small smile. "The least I could do was help a woman with two kids."

Sam nodded, understanding it was more of a gratitude for putting his life on the line for the bionic staring machine, but he didn't comment further and continued to walk. At the same time, Bucky had a very different question in mind.

"Who is Thunder?" he asked.

"My cat. His name is Thunder. He purrs very loudly, hence the name," she explained to him.

Bucky chuckled, shaking his head. "Of course, you named your cat Thunder."

"He's a good boy," Catherine said defensively, smiling.

"Alright, but what about Sarah and the kids?" Bucky asked, his concern returning.

"My team will make sure they are safe. They'll be at a secure location until this is over," Catherine assured him.

As they continued to walk, Sam's phone buzzed again. He glanced at it and let out a sigh of relief. "Sarah texted me saying your people just picked them up." But he questioned her, "But how did they get there so fast?"

"Because your home is under my protection," Catherine replied.

Sam and Bucky changed into their uniforms, while she checked all her messages. Sam handed her an earpiece, with which they were connected with Sharon.

"Blonde bitch check 1, 2-"
