Chapter 1

"It's 6 o'clock in the evening, and Winny is working at his café."

"Aran, who is a regular customer at Winny's café, enters."

"Hey friend, could I get a hot chocolate, please?" Aran says in a very friendly voice.

Winny looks at Aran and sighs, saying, "When will you stop coming to the café at this time every day?"

"Seriously, I'm your regular customer, and I consider you my friend, that's why I come to see you every day. And you're asking me why I don't stop coming? Do you realize how hurtful it is to hear that?" Aran says dramatically.

"Stop with the drama already. I already know the reason why you come to my café every day," Winny says, and Aran looks at him, smiling dramatically.

Just then, a voice from behind Aran is heard, "Excuse me, can I place my order?"

Aran moves aside, and Winny sees a boy in front of him. The boy appears incredibly cute, with soft, tousled hair and a shy smile playing on his lips.

"I'd like to order a butterscotch milkshake, please," the cute boy says with a polite smile.

"Yes, sure. Please wait a moment," Winny says.

After a while, the boy takes his order from the counter and goes to sit alone in a corner. Even after hours of sitting there, he remains in his seat. Winny occasionally glances at him from the counter.

As 9 o'clock approaches, the boy still sits there. Since it's closing time for the café, Winny approaches his table, intending to ask him to leave.

As Winny approaches the table, he hears the sound of the boy crying. He hesitates for a moment, then quietly pulls out a chair and sits nearby. Although it's closing time for the café, Winny is unsure how to ask a crying person to leave. He silently sits in the chair, waiting for the boy to stop crying.

After some time, the boy stops crying. He looks back and notices that the shop owner is sitting nearby. Then he glances at the clock.

"I'm sorry, it must be closing time for you. You should have asked me to leave," the boy says, his voice still tinged with sadness.

"It's okay. Are you alright?"

The boy simply nods silently. Winny then says, "I'll close the café now."

Winny reaches his home. As he lies on his bed, he recalls the boy's face. He remembers how the boy's eyes sparkled when he entered the café, and his voice was clear. But when he left, there were tears in his eyes and sorrow in his voice. Winny wonders what trouble the boy might be facing.

One week later...

Aran, as usual, stands beside Winny at the counter, chatting. Suddenly, his gaze falls on a boy entering the café. "Hey Winny, isn't that the same butterscotch boy you told me about? The one who was crying for hours that day?"

"Hey, lower your voice. He might hear you," Winny says.

The boy approaches the counter and says, "I'd like to order a butterscotch milkshake." Aran looks at him and remarks, "Oh, butterscotch milkshake again. By the way, butterscotch boy, are you still going to stay past 9 o'clock today?"
