"we shouldn't be doing this. not now, not here" she told him.
why? nobody's here yet, i'm tired of hiding" he said.
"i am too, but you know why we do it" she said as she looked up at him.
truth be told, the media was everywhere. since hector is now with the main barcelona team; the fans are ruthless. hate is thrown to all the girls he's been with.
"i know, after practice do you want to go get sushi?" he smiled.
"of course i do!!" she answered as she looked up at him.
hector looked around and sneakily gave her a kiss. time had passed since their last interaction. his training eventually ended and surprisingly it was not draining.
y/n had texted him that she'd be there soon to pick him up. he scrolled a bit on instagram, but then got startled by someone honking at him.
as he looked up, he quickly smiled as he saw her. her smile was one of his favorite things about her. she was absolutely beautiful to him, both inside and out.
she rolled down the window as he approached her, "ready lindo?".
"yes, hermosa let's go" he smiled and gave her a sweet kiss.
they had parked just a couple of blocks from the restaurant. once they entered the building they were sat down in a booth. they weren't that secluded from other customers but it gave them just the right amount of privacy.
"this looks good" she pointed out on the menu.
he nodded, after a couple of mints they had ordered their food. meanwhile waiting for their dinner, they talked about everything. to them it really didn't matter of what, every time they spent together was amazing.
they felt like they knew each other so well, their eyes sparkled. both captivated in whatever they were saying. one thing that y/n loved about hector, is that he really did listen to her.
on their first date, they were getting to know each other. she had mentioned how she loved the color lilac and butterflies. ever since that day, anything that had butterflies he would buy it for her.

she was showered by endless bouquets of flowers with butterfly decorations on them. he listened to her about everything, to him it easy he was a listener. besides he was always captivated by her beauty and her intelligence when she would speak.
as they were enjoying their dessert, they noticed camera flashes. of course they were all looking for hector. the news had gotten around that they were in that restaurant.
"shit how did they even find us?" he asked her completely shocked.
"you should be used to this by now" she chuckled.
she pulled out some black sunglasses , "here put this on i came prepared".
"perfect, run and hide" he said laughing.
they both pulled up their hoodies and grabbed the sunglasses, and put them on. the couple held hands and exited the restaurant. they heard the cameras flashing, he was so thankful that she brought him the sunglasses.
if not that then he was pretty sure he would've been blinded by the flicker flashes from the cameras.
as soon as they made it to their car, they let out a sigh of relief.
