Meanwhile, back in Todd's room Marshall let out a short sigh as he closed the door and waited for Todd to make some comment either charming or rude he really didn't care at this point as part of him just wanted to hear his voice more than anything. As for Todd he just watched as Marshall entered the room yet he really didn't want to be the first to speak up.

"What am I to you?" sighed Marshall finally tired of the awkward silence.

"A friend, unless you were wanting us to be more but then again you have Everest." replied Todd with a half smile before looking away and sighing, "Then again I wouldn't blame you for not wanting to be my friend anymore."

"I'd love to try being more than friends yet I'd have to break it to Everest but it seems like you are always just pushing me away." confessed Marshall as she slowly approached his bed side and sat next to him before asking, "So do you actually like me or was it all just a game?"

"I never play games when it comes to love, it's just that I don't really see a happy ever after for us as a couple." confessed Todd as he turned his back towards the spot where Marshall was sitting.

"I don't understand?" questioned Marshall placing a paw on his shoulder to which Todd just sighed before beginning to sing;

"Two days past escaping,"
"I was laying in this bed pleading,"
"Requesting for aide in finding my team,"
"While staring at one whose blue eyes did gleam."

"I was a little shy, so you gave me a smile,"
"And I said, 'can you stay for a little while,'"
"And talkin' to me, I'm feeling a little scared?"
"You said, 'I understand and am here so please share'"

"You Cried!"
"Never gonna hold the paw of another guy,"
"Too good for me that tried to tell you,"
"Waitin' for the love of a travelin' soldier,"
"Our love will never end,"
"Waitin' for the solider to come back again,"
"Never more to be alone when the letter said,"
"'A soldier is coming home."

"So the letters would come from a military base,"
"In California than Afghanistan,"
"And I tell you of my heart,"
"It might be love, and all of the things I'm scared of,"
"I said, 'When it's gettin' kinda rough over here,"
"I think of that day you sittin' at my side,"
"And I close my eyes and see your pretty smile,"
"Don't worry, but I won't be able to write for a while."

"You Cried!"
"Never gonna hold the paw of another guy,"
"Too good for me that tried to tell you,"
"Waitin' for the love of a travelin' soldier,"

"'A soldier is coming home."

"One Friday night at a football game,"
"The Lord's Prayer said, and the anthem sang,"
"A man will say, 'Folks, would you bow your heads,"
"For a list of local military dead,"
"Crying all alone under the stands,"
"Will be a Dalmatian in the Paw Patrol band,"
"As one name is read, and nobody really cared,"
"But a Dalmatian with a majestic stare,"

"You Cried!"
"Never gonna hold the paw of another guy,"
"Too good for me that tried to tell you,"
"Waitin' for the love of a travelin' soldier,"
"Our love will never end,"
"Waitin' for the solider to come back again,"
"Never more to be alone when the letter said,"
