I convinced Aqua to enter Sweet Today ! -even if it's a small role, nevertheless the last episode- still i'm so happy, i should tell Emerald about this. Speaking of the devil, i get a notification from her Twitter account-
"Oh it's true that Leonard-san is amazing, that's why Emerald is also good when it comes to cooking" i whine as i see her lunch
"Hm?" Aqua asks me, and i show him my phone
"So that's Emerald-senpai account" says Aqua
"Wait, Emerald? haven't seen the kid ever since she started to climb" says Director Gotanda
"So you do remember Emerald" i asked Directror Gotanda
"How could i forget the brat responsible of leaving chills on set?" he said proud of the movie we made years ago
"Wait what-?" asked Aqua
"Oh right, you had already left with that manager and your sister to the dressing room" he said "Well- " he sighed scratching his neck "That kid is talented, we filmed the chasing sequence twice. One with Ai, the other without her" he continued "We had to get shots of Emerald staring at Ai in fear as she escaped, but matching the cut scenes would look nasty, so we filmed the sequence two times, and with a bit of edition here and there, along side both Emerald's and Ai's acting-" he did a wallah thingy with his hands as if he was a genius "We created the most iconic scene of the decade that Japanese horror has ever seen" he finishes proudly
"You seem really proud of it" said Aqua
"Beleive me when i say this brat, i gave two stars stardom and created an icon-" he still continued being cocky "what many directiors could do in a matter of luck, i did it out of careful crafting and planing" he continued
"Still i wonder if she finished her photoshoot" i wondered out loud
"She has a photoshoot going on?" asked Aqua
"Yes, and that's the lightest thing on her schedule-" i mentioned
"Wait is that girl packed again? didn't she just finished many activities ever since New Year concert?" asked the Director
"She released 'The Snowhite princess is', also sang a cover of 'All i Want for Christmas is you', and a collaboration with the South Korean boy group Stray Kids, in both languages" i listed
"Don't forget her various appariations in programs, and also the announcement of her brand new variety show 'Polish the Jewel', and interview show 'Talk at Home'" finished Gotanda
"...." Aqua stays silent, i know that he is worried for her. I am too, Emerald works harder than anyone i know
"She even raised Starlight Entertainment to where they are now" i said
"Starlight Entertainment?" he said surprised as he heard the name before, it's not surprising after all Emerald is a big name in the industry, and Starlight too has become a power house
"Oh ho ho ho-" laughed Gotanda "That label went from the verge of extintion to be the Biggest Label in Japan" he said
"How come? was it bankruptcy?" asked Aqua "Didn't it have some trainees?" he asked, now i don't know how to answer that
"It did-" The director explained "They even showed videos of possible trainees that auditioned for the company, sort of a survival show" he explained "But the ratings died in the second episode" he mentioned
"How come?" asked Aqua, is he that curious? wait... does he want to know more about Emerald?
"Well, on the first episode they showed the trainees auditions, from the first round to the third-" he sat on the couch, while we sat in front of him "There was this girl... she was really talented-" he sighed "True potential to become someone in the industry- i think her name was Mayu- Fuyu- Kazumi Tateyama-?" he tried to remember the name
