CHAPTER 6- THIRD POV

Tiny rays of sunlight peeked through the silk curtains. It was calmingly quiet, not a sound to be heard except for the light snores of the sleepers. Megumi's dry eyes peeped open as he blinked them drowsily. He let out a low, sleepy groan as he turned over, rubbing his eyes. He didn't get enough sleep last night, especially after the ginormous argument he had with Yuji.
He glanced over at the clock; 8:10. He let out a sleepy sigh as he got off the bed and headed towards the bathroom, Yuji still stuck on his mind.

After he freshened up, he saw Yuji was still sleeping soundly on his bed. Megumi's mind swirled with thoughts of whether to wake him up or not. He was still fuming over what happened last night, but at the same time he didn't want to fail the socializing project either. After a huge debate inside his mind, he decided to just wake Yuji up. After all, it couldn't be THAT bad, could it? With one final deep breath he walked up to him and gently shook his shoulder.

"Hnnnggg..." Yuji groaned, "5 more minutes...."
Megumi's face slightly frowned. He stood there for a few minutes until he finally spoke with a cold, harsh tone, "Get up, or else you'll be late" and then he scoffed under his breath, "I don't know why I even care."
"Ugh, fine....." Yuji says as he slaps Megumi's hands off his shoulder and heads towards the bathroom, leaving Megumi in utter fury and hatred. He cursed under his breath, regretting the action of waking Yuji up, and found himself pulling out his phone and texting Jessica. But to his surprise, she had already texted him before he even woke up. He opened the message:
'Oi, where tf u at, im outside the classroom'
Jessica? Outside the classroom? That early? It was pretty unbelievable, since she was always a deep sleeper, and never an early bird.
'Alr i'm coming' I text back
Megumi swung his bag onto one of his shoulders and headed out of the dorm, leaving Yuji, who was still in the bathroom.

As he approached the classroom, he saw Jessica leaning outside of the classroom, on her phone. She looked up and waved at Megumi, who waved back.
"Why were you up so goddamn early, don't you sleep until, like, 11?" Megumi asked.
"Well , what can I say? The first night at a completely unfamiliar place just isn't really like," she paused for a few seconds, "like you know what I mean."
Megumi nodded in response and glanced over to the side. Suddenly he saw someone running through the crowded halls, who appeared to be Yuji, to which Megumi didn't seem so surprised.
"Speaking of last night," Jessica cut in, "I heard some really loud noises and shouts coming out of your dorm, was everything alright?"
Megumi, who snapped out of his unconsciousness after hearing her voice, replied, "Huh...? Oh yeah, everything was fine, don't worry about it."
She threw him a somewhat suspicious look, doubting what he just said, especially after glancing at his bruised hand. She picked up Megumi's hand and showed him the bruised spot,"Then what's this, hm?"
Megumi quickly let go and put his hand in his pocket, "It's nothing, it's just a little injury i got from training" He lied
Jessica then shrugged it off and said, "Anyway, class is about to start, let's go in."

sorry for the short chapter,btw credits to my friend who wrote this entire chapter for me. This story might get a little slow since stuff happens at school/home. Anyway next chapter will come by the end of the week!! (I think)
