Baekhyun doesn't need to open his eyes to know who's invading his quiet time, he was sitting on one of the stairs of the Fire Exit with his eyes closed, head resting on the cold metal trying to get a nap after an eight hours of surgery. The man who came quietly stood in front of him but leave a decent space between them. Baekhyun can literally feel the man staring at him intently, his scent lingering in the air but Baekhyun didn't make a move. He waited for him to go away but ten minutes have already passed and the said man still didn't say anything.
" What do you want, Chanyeol?" Baekhyun asked in a tired and cold tone, his eyes remained shut not wanting to see him or for him to read his feelings through his eyes.
" Baek.. " Chanyeol hesitated, he didn't really know how to reach out to Baekhyun. They were best of friends since grade school, a do or die kind of friendship but now he doesn't even know how to talk to him. Chanyeol balled his fists out of frustration. He wanted to scream at Baekhyun, tell him to stop ignoring him, that he is still Chanyeol, his best friend, that the only difference now is he finds someone that he wants to love with all his heart and with everything he has.
The silence between them got to Baekhyun, he opens his eyes and looks up to Chanyeol, staring straight to the giant's big almond eyes. And in a voice that void of all emotion he said..
" I am trying to be happy for you while I am hurting, why don't you just be happy even you know you are hurting me? " When Chanyeol didn't find his words, Baekhyun stood up and leave his ex-best friend behind before Chanyeol can see the tears that started to fall on his eyes.

Hello, my dear readers! 😉 First of all, I was just joking when I said " See you next year!" 😁 I will never do that to you. I maybe gone hiatus for 2-3 months but never a year. I'm not that cruel. 😆 Well anyway, I will have a nine days vacation on a second week of next month and I will be flying to Bangkok and Vietnam for that. I did my itineraries and I made sure I allotted some time to write and hopefully to put an end to " Once A Park: Love Again. " before I came back to Hong Kong from my holidays. I will be sad but I really want to finish it ASAP. I can't promise to finish it soon but I will do my best! 💪🏻😅
And what do you think of this " preview " for a new story? 😁 I have three story plots in my head and I thought of this scenario the other day. And I was kinda excited to share it to you guys and ask your opinion about it. Should I give this a go after I finish writing " Love Again " or should I stop torturing you all from my slow update? 🤣
Well, please let me know if you still think that writing is for me and I should keep on trying to be a decent author. 🤣 And maybe .. Just maybe I will give the preview for the other two stories. I just need to think a good scenario since I don't want to post a summary of them. Ideas can be easily stolen so they say. 🫤 Please let me know your thoughts about this one.
