In their new home in Busan, Dahyun sat in the living room, engrossed in reading over some company papers. The air was thick with the scent of fresh ink and the subtle rustle of paper, a testament to the hard work ahead. Nearby, Mr. Myiou sat with a newspaper in hand, his eyes occasionally flicking toward Dahyun.

"Excuse my saying this, but this is the law of the world," Mr. Myiou remarked, not lifting his eyes from the paper. "Gradually, bonds break up. The times you spend together are yours. I'm glad you are keeping yourself busy with work."

Dahyun smiled politely and nodded, his focus unwavering. "I've studied all the papers. Begin work on the electricity division. From today, Chaeyeong will join me at the factory site," he instructed his secretary, who stood beside Chaeyeong.

Chaeyeong, though slightly uneasy, looked determined. "How do you feel now, Noona?" he asked Momo, who entered the room with Mina, carrying a tray of tea.

"What's wrong?" Halmeoni asked concern as she is sitting beside Dahyun the whole time.

Momo gave a reassuring smile, though traces of fatigue lingered on her face. "Nothing, Halmeoni. Just exhaustion, I guess," she said, placing the tray on the table.

"Don't make Chaeyeong work too hard," Momo teased Dahyun, a soft smile playing on her lips.

Dahyun chuckled, though his tone was serious. "That he will have to do. He should have full knowledge of production before the inauguration, so he can return and take training in finance and sales."

"I won't go back. I won't leave you and Noona," Chaeyeong declared, his voice firm and eyes resolute as he stormed out of the room. Mina watched him with a proud smile, clearly moved by his determination.

Mr. Myiou nearly choked on his tea at Chaeyeong's outburst, a flash of concern crossing his face. His plans to secure greater wealth for his daughter were at risk if Chaeyeong stayed here.

As the door swung shut behind Chaeyeong, the room fell into a contemplative silence. Dahyun sighed, glancing at Momo, who gave him a supportive nod.

Mr. Myiou, however, sat quietly, his mind racing with new schemes to ensure his daughter's future remained secure.

The night was cloaked in a heavy downpour, the sound of rain hammering against the roof creating a rhythmic symphony. Chaeyeong and Dahyun hurried from the car to the house, their clothes drenched despite their attempts to shield themselves.

"What rain!" Chaeyeong exclaimed, laughing as they burst through the front door, shaking off droplets.

Mina, hearing the commotion, ran from the kitchen to Momo's room, where she found her folding Dahyun's freshly laundered clothes. "Unnie! Momo Unnie, they’ve returned," Mina announced, her eyes bright with excitement.

Momo smiled, setting down the clothes. "Let’s go welcome them."

In the living room, Momo greeted Chaeyeong with a warm smile, a towel already in hand. "How are you, Chaeyeong? How was your first day at the site?" she asked, beginning to dry his hair.

Chaeyeong sighed, exhaustion mingling with a contented smile. "Don’t ask! Today I realized how hard my brother works! Noona, I’m starving," he pouted, making Dahyun chuckle.

"Go and freshen up. Dinner is ready," Momo said, her voice gentle but firm.

"Right on!" Chaeyeong replied, his spirits lifted, and he headed to his room with a spring in his step.

As Dahyun and Chaeyeong went to freshen up, Momo and Mina set the dinner table. The warm aroma of home-cooked food filled the air, creating a cozy atmosphere despite the storm outside.
