"No, Kendrick!" I giggled.

"Why not, baby?" He questioned while laughing.

"Cause it's weird."

"So you not gon give me a mini me?"

I stared at him and rolled my eyes. He mocked me.

"I will but I'm not naming them Kendrick."

"But why tho?"

"I'm not finna look my child in the eyes and call them the same name I be screaming and moaning damn near every night."

He grinned and hit his lip, "You do be goin crazy fa real."

I rolled my eyes while blushing and he gave me a kiss.

He got up from the bed and walked over to his dresser and grabbed his journal.

"Aight, let's think of some names then. For whenever I paint them walls."

Three Weeks Later

I woke up at three in the morning to loud cries. I walked over to baby's crib and got him ready for a feeding.

"Mommy got you, Tafari. It's okay booga bear."

I whipped out his meal and he latched on while I rocked him.

My mom came in the room with a tray of snacks for me shortly after.

"Thank you, mommy." I smiled.

She smiled and her face looked full of joy and pride, "I remember these nights."

"I wasn't this bad tho." I said before she shot me a look. We laughed.

"How you feeling?" Mommy asked. "About the mission?"

"I'm nervous..." I answered truthfully.

This wasn't Ron's first mission, but it was his first one alone. He and his friend Rome worked tediously to devise a plan to get Ken back home safely and get rid of our biggest problem, Josiah.

Though he was close with the twins, their loyalties lied with J. He couldn't risk asking them for help.

Leron "Reign" King

"Wassup, young nigga." J said dapping me up.

Today was the day.

Once a month J and his second in command would count all the money they made and divide them out.

I honestly just wanted to shoot his ass, but that would be messy; too much clean up and I wouldn't be able to stop with him.

"Ay, I'm finna go to Subway before we count, what you want?"

"Yeah, lemme get the usual wit an ice tea."

"Bet."

I was back within 30 minutes, a little longer than it would usually take.

"Mane that line was crazy. Some kids on a field trip or some shit."

J laughed as he took a sip of his drink, "I remember them days."

Shit was going smoothly so far.

I patted my pockets, "Shi I think I left my phone in the car." I was before going outside to check.

After a minute I came back in.

"Ay can I use ya phone bruh? Needa call my shit."

"Yeah I gotchu, holon." J said before doing something on his phone then passing it to him.
