Once we stop running, I find us at the docks, with ships and canoes, boats and all others scanning across the shore.

"Neat!" Jeaxper almost yells out, when she stares at a small almost pirate ship far away from us, nearing the end of the line. Honestly–it's nothing special, just drawn on waves on the sails, and gray coloring, with a gray-blue outline. I don't know anything about ships, nor how to work one.

From behind me, someone yells out, "What are you doing?" And Armin places her hand on my shoulder, signaling Jeaxper to come over. When I look over, I see her with multiple-colored bags on her left arm, the biggest one on her right. That's the one filled with Suvek.

"Look at this, Armin!" Armin held the expression of every mother I've met, an annoyance–but also content and happy. It looked to me, out of all of us here, Jeaxper and Armin would get along the most. They seemed the most like family—even close to looking the part. Without hesitation, Armin crosses her arm with mine, and walks me with her to the ship.

"Oh, the clouds!"

"Those are waves, Jax." Realizing my mistake, I pull my head away from Armin's shoulder, faltering with hand and feet.

"Jax."

"Yeah–sorry,"

"I like the '-dge' with the J!" Ah, I didn't know if that would've offended her in any way.

"Yeah, I like 'Jax' too." Armin angles her head to me, inserting her own input. "So–Jax, you've found what we ride, then?" She doesn't stop smiling, and looks at the sail on the ship once again.

"Definitely."

Me and Armin both walk past Jax to the ship, and I help her set down her belongings. Jeaxper walks up the ramp behind us, and immediately starts rummaging through the bags Armin had brought.

She doesn't even ask when she takes out a steel and dark gold dagger, and slips it into her dark green boot. For a second I start to protest, but Armin gives me a look, and pushes me forward a bit, encouraging me to look through the bags.

So I do, and in doing so, find a strange red skull shaped box. When I open it up, I realize it's a necklace box. However, there isn't a necklace in it. I finally piece two-and-two together, and take out the snake necklace I stole.

It takes me a second to do anything with it. Stole. It didn't sit right with me, but hesitantly I place the slowly moving snake necklace into the box.

"Why did you grab that necklace? You could've gotten something better." Jeaxper examines the box in my hand.

"I did, I got that new camera." Jeaxper pulls out a silenced oooh and leans back, rummaging through a bag once again. Once I finally reach for something else in the bag, I pull it out–another dagger. Black, with golden etching on the side–too much resembling a language but one I don't understand. The blade is gold too, almost glowing from the reflection of the sun.

Suddenly, a knife is forced into my vision. Not anything similar to what was in the bags Armin had.

"Like it?" I recognize Sueki's voice, and flinch back just a bit. He smiles from my left back at me, then back at the knife.

"It's—nice." It's hard to talk with him so in my space, but I'm not lying. It is a beautiful knife–too long to be dagger, but just as sharp. Crimson red blade coloring, and white and black swirls along the dark handle, once again glowing the same way as my own dagger.

"Yours is pretty, too!" He forces his face so close to my hand, that if I wanted to, I could easily cut his luminescent face. Add some desperate needed pop of coloring to his clothes and skin.
