CHAPTER SEVEN | SEASON 2 EPISODE 10
"You don't believe her, do you?" Vivian scoffed at the brothers. Stefan and Damon had come to the sisters to tell them they had talked to Katherine. Damon scoffed rolling his eyes "No of course not. We just want the moonstone" "According to Roses's friend Slater there's a way to destroy the spell" Damon leans forward on the island "No spell, no doppelgänger sacrifice. Ergo you live."
Elena sighs "Okay so how do you break it?" "By releasing it from the moonstone" Vivian raised her eyebrow "And how do you guys even know that's gonna work?" she didn't like this plan. "Cause we have one crafty witch on our side" Damon smiled "You discussed it with Bonnie?" Stefan shook his head "She agreed to do anything she could to do to help us." Elena and Vivian shared a look "It's Katherine who has the moonstone. She's not gonna give it to you" By the sound of Elena's voice she wasn't liking the plan either.
"We're gonna get it from her" "Well what he means is we're gonna prey it from her cold, dead hands." "Bonnie just needs to find a way to release the seal long enough, for us to get in, get the moonstone, and get out in time for her to return it" Elena sighed "Wow. I mean, it sounds like you guys have it all planned out" Damon smiled "Yep. We're awesome" Popping the P, Elena shook her head "Except for one thing. I don't want you to do it."
"Elena, we don't have a choice," Stefan said folding his hands, "And what about Klaus?" Elena asked tilting her head. Stefan looked at Vivian and Damon worried "Well find him right after we get the moonstone" he stated confidently, Elena chuckled "Right, is that before or after he kills everyone I care about, including the three of you." Damon was surprised to hear he was on Elena's list of people she cared about but Stefan and Vivian weren't.
Stefan steps forward "Elena. If we can do this we can save your life" Elena rolled her eyes "I know! Everybody keeps saying that" she whispered the last part walking off leaving Vivian and the two brothers. "What's with your sister?" Damon asked jerking his head, "Well Damon she just found out a thousand-year-old vampire werewolf wants her dead for some freaky ritual so I think that's what's up" Vivian snapped at the vampire walking to her sister.
Vivian knocked on her sister's door hearing silent footsteps and walking toward the door opening it "Hey. Can I come in?" Vivian softly spoke "Yeah" Elenna muttered opening the door wider and allowing Vivian to walk in. Vivian turned to Elena "What's going on?" Vivian asked bluntly, Elena hung her head low at her sister's question "It's...Vivian, I can't have them risk interfering with whatever Klaus has planned" "I know that but we are all just trying to keep you alive Elena" Elena threw her hands up "Yes, I know and I love you guys for that but I can't have everyone I love die just for me. I won't allow it."
Vivian stepped forward taking Elena's hands in hers "Elena...look at me" The oldest sister got the courage to look up at her baby sister with tears "No one's dying. We will not let that happen" Vivian looked back and forth between her sister's tearful eyes bringing one of her hands to hold her cheek "Please...you can't give up" Vivian spoke with a voice crack. Elena leaned into her sister's hand chuckling at her sister's determination "I'm the one that is supposed to be comforting you" Vivian lightly chuckled bringing her sister into a hug.
