I Like You -Hyunlix Version

The beginning

It was one of those nights when Hyunjin felt 3racha dorm too crowded and escaped to the so-called 'Cutie Dorm' to find some peace. This time he was in Felix's room watching a sappy romantic movie. Felix really tried hard to focus on the movie but who could focus on the screen when Hwang Hyunjin himself was curled up against you. 

Felix had known for a long time that his feelings for Hyunjin were beyond friendship but he did not dare to explore further. He couldn't risk losing his best friend or making things awkward for the group. So he had always restrained his thoughts before they could go any further. But today was a hard day. The dance practice went on for hours considering their upcoming comeback and his body was too tired to stop his brain from overthinking. He felt Hyunjin snuggling closer and found that boy asleep while holding on to Felix like a plusie. 

Felix was mesmerized by his beauty. His soft plum lips and the cute frown upon his face as he dreamed about something. Before he could do something he might regret later, Felix tried to move from Hyunjin's koala embrace but Hyunjin just pulled him closer while saying "mine".
'What does that mean?? ', Felix thought, 'was Hyunjin talking about Felix or was he dreaming about something else? ' His thoughts grew wilder with each passing minutes until it settled on the fact that Hyunjin might have a crush on someone and must have been dreaming about that person. Felix felt suffocated by that thought. He knew there is no way in the world Hyunjin could be his but the thought of seeing him with someone else was heartbreaking.
He tried to calm down and slowly detangled himself from Hyunjin's arms before slipping out of the room and knocking on Seungmin's door, hoping he wasn't asleep yet.

Seungmin opened the door, shocked at seeing Felix at his door but didn't say anything as he let Felix in and settled on one side of the bed. It was common for Felix to come in the members room when he didn't want to sleep alone. But Seungmin knew Hyunjin was here and only Felix's troubled face stopped him from asking questions. If Felix wanted to share, he would share. So for the night, he just let Felix take a refugee in his room, hoping to talk in the morning.
Felix felt horrible at leaving Hyunjin alone but he knew it was the right thing for both of them. He was grateful that Seungmin didn't ask any questions, although it looked like he had many of them. Felix settled down on the opposite side of Seungmin, wishing for sleep to take over.

Back in Felix's room, Hyunjin woke up feeling empty, his hands searched for Felix but they came empty. He felt a wave of  sadness before sleep took over him once again.
