A few weeks after our passionate night, I found myself feeling off. It was during a training session with Andrei that I first noticed it. My movements were sluggish, and I felt unusually tired and weak. Andrei watched me closely, his eyes full of concern. Before he could approach me, a wave of nausea hit me hard, and I bolted to the bathroom, holding my mouth.
I barely made it in time before I started throwing up. Andrei was right behind me, rubbing my back soothingly as I emptied my stomach. When it was over, I rinsed my mouth and leaned heavily against the sink.
"What's wrong, Bella?" Andrei asked, his voice full of worry. "Are you okay?"
"I don't know," I admitted, feeling drained. "Maybe I ate something bad."
Andrei looked skeptical but nodded. "Let's keep an eye on it. If you don't feel better soon, we should see a doctor." I nodded, but deep down, I felt something was different.

I decided to visit the main mansion the next day to see Aurora and Ezra. Maybe some time with family would help me feel better.
Aurora and Elijah greeted me warmly, and Ezra's face lit up with joy when he saw me. He reached out with his tiny hands, babbling excitedly. My heart melted as I scooped him up, showering him with kisses.
After spending some time playing with Ezra and catching up with Aurora, I finally told her about my symptoms. Aurora's eyes widened, and a knowing smile spread across her face.
"Bella, have you considered that you might be pregnant?" she asked gently.
The possibility hadn't even crossed my mind. "Pregnant? But... I don't know."
Aurora grinned and disappeared for a moment, returning with a pregnancy test. "Take this. Let's find out."
My hands trembled as I took the test and headed to the bathroom. The minutes felt like hours as I waited for the results. When the time was up, I looked at the test and gasped. Two pink lines, and the other one says Pregnant.

I walked out of the bathroom, tears streaming down my face. Aurora met me halfway, her eyes filled with happy tears.
"I'm pregnant," I whispered, my voice choked with emotion.
Aurora pulled me into a tight hug, both of us crying with joy. "Oh, Bella! I'm so happy for you!"
We spent the rest of the day talking and planning. Aurora insisted on taking me to a doctor for an ultrasound, and we discovered I was three weeks along. The tiny flicker of the baby's heartbeat on the screen made everything feel real.
