"Ma'am there's someone here to see you. I wouldn't have disturbed you but I'm afraid it's urgent." Mahira's assistant said as she peeked in her office.

"I'm not taking visitors right now. I'm in the middle of something important." She replied not even looking up from the documents she was referring to.

Mahira Dalal was the sole heir to her father's multimillion fortune and his thriving jewellery empire. Not to be mistaken for a daddy's princess, she is a responsible and successful businesswoman. At the mere age of 28, she has not only expanded her father's empire beyond the borders but also has earned herself a position in Forbes 30-under-30 list. She has worked nonstop for the past 3 years to take care of the family legacy and prove her worth.

She was a no-nonsense, serious and ruthless woman who's sole focus was her thriving empire.

"Ma'am I'm sorry but I cannot deny him." Mahira's assistant said which made her look up at her face with annoyance clear on her face.

"Who is it?" She questioned but knew who he was deep down.

"Mr. Rudransh Rajvanshi from Rajvanshi group of companies." As soon as the name left her assistant's mouth, she saw the door being pushed wide open and the man whose name was just dropped, walked in.

Tall frame, 6'1, broad shoulders, sharp jaw and a five o' clock shadow. He was sharply dressed in a three-piece suit with perfectly polished shoes and well set hair. He was no less than perfection. Not just in terms of his looks, the man seemed to have everything else in life as well. A successful business empire with multiple companies under it and him being the rightful owner of them all. Power, fame and money was all that his aura was composed of.

"Good morning, Ms. Dalal." He said with a smirk as he stood in front of her desk.

She didn't bother to stand upon his arrival, let alone return his greeting.

Truth be told, she was extremely annoyed by him these days. She hated being nagged about anything and this man was hell bent of doing the very same thing. She knew all too well what this unannounced visit of him was regarding.

"You haven't learned any manners since our last meeting I see." Rudransh said as he calmly put his hands inside his pockets.

"You may leave. Thank you." Mahira said to her assistant who nodded and left the room to them.

She then turned her attention towards the man standing in front of her and looked him in the eyes. She mentally sighed and pointed towards the empty chair in front of her.
