Chapter 5- A weapon

Both y/n and Ghost were startled at the loud voice. But Ghost knew who was yelling, it was his captain. Ghost gave y/n one last kiss before putting on his boxers and pants, y/n put some clothes on as well. He hesitantly opened the door and stood there a bit nervously.

"I got a bit of a noise complaint."

  Ghost froze and turned his head slightly to look back at y/n. He turned back to his captain and itched the back of his sweaty neck. He wasn't sure on what to say back. He just kind of stood there waiting to see what his captain will say.

"What. The. Fuck. Have you been doing to that girl?"

  Ghost's captain said while walking in the door frame. Ghost sighed and figured it was time to come clean. He looked back at y/n for support then turned to face his captain. He took a deep breath and began to explain.

"Look Price, it has been around three weeks since she's been here..she kept changing in front of me and I couldn't take it anymore. But I did ask if she wanted it..so it wasn't like I was taking advantage of her.."

  Price got furious hearing those words, he grabbed Ghosts collar and picked him up off his feet. His face resembled an angry father. His thick eyebrows furrowed and his eyes were full of rage. His mouth remained as a pissed off scowl.

"What the bloody hell is the matter with you?! She just came back for a lab and your instinct is to fuck her?!"

"We didn't have sex! I made sure to take care of her!"

  Ghost tried his best to come to his defense, but a part of him knew he was in the wrong. He tried his best to pull himself from Price, but he wasn't budging. He was beyond furious that he thought he could trust one of his best men. He wanted to rip him to shreds for touching a girl that didn't know what was going on.

"She doesn't even know what that means for Christ sake! You practically groped her you sicko!"

"Don't call me that, I made sure she was comfortable."

  Price had enough of Ghosts words. Price threw him to the ground and got on top of him. Price grabbed his shirt and pulled on it, making Ghost hit his head on the floor repeatedly. This only made the situation worse.

"How'd you know she even wanted it you bastard?!"

"She asked me for it!"

"Oh yeah I'm sure she said 'please Ghost fuck me!'"

  Price said while mocking her voice. Ghost got a hand free and punched his captain square in the face for mocking her. This action started a full blown fist fight, and they were not holding back. Y/n watched this all in horror. She couldn't bare seeing the man she's grown fond of get hurt.

   Y/n went over to the squabbling men and tried to push Price off. Price took the hand she was pulling on and pushed her forcefully on the stomach, making her fall back. She tried begging them to stop, crying as she saw Ghost's face be practically broke in. She tried going to Ghost, trying to pull his shoulders away.

"Stay out of it!" 

"No! Please stop hurting him!"

Price ignored her and still fought Ghost. The sad thing is that Price was winning. Y/n then walked over to the end of the room, doing something she knew would make them stop. She screamed so loud and high pitched that the men covered their ears, as their ear drums rang. She began levitating off the ground, while her eyes grew pure white.

  It was like she was in zero gravity, her hair was floating, a bit of her clothes lifted like there was air in her t-shirt and shorts. A bright yellow and green hue surrounded her whole body, while a mix of white, seemingly electric volts surrounded her body like an aura. She kept on screaming and all the glass in that room shattered. After the loud crash she fell to the floor lifeless.

  In a panic, Ghost rushed over to y/n and picked her up. He sat her in his lap and held his ear over her mouth to see if she was breathing. Some air brushed against his ear and he let out a sigh of relief. He held her head to his chest to keep her safe.

"What the fuck was that?..."

  Ghost said in a shaky voice. Both men looked at the unconscious girl in Ghosts arms with their jaws on the floor. Prices eyes grew wide before he started to laugh. He slapped his knee and held his stomach.

"This is amazing news! Yes! Yes! Yes!"

  Ghost gave Price a confused look. He raised his eye brow and gave him a judgmental look. Price was still laughing like a mad man and doing a little victory spin. It's like his demeanor changed completely.

"The hell you on about?"

"Don't you see how amazing this is?!"

  Ghost gave Price another confused look. How the hell was this amazing? She was like some supernatural being, but digressing from that, Ghost still cared for her. He held the unconscious girl to him, hoping she'd wake up soon.

"We've got a perfect weapon for battle! I mean that was amazing!"

"She's not just some weapon."

  Ghost gave Price another angered look. She was more than a weapon to him, she was a sweet and gentle girl. A girl that made him want to protect her. Maybe sharing that moment was a mistake, it made him feel weak.

"Don't tell me you're getting soft, Ghost."

"I'm not getting soft!"

 
  Price knew he struck a nerve. He knew spending time with a woman made him more human. Price then realized maybe it was a bad idea to have a girl by  Ghost's side, I mean in the barracks there's not a lot of femininity. But Price wasn't giving up the idea of using her for war.

"The thing is, she's not exactly human. She'd be great for battle."

"Well she acts human 99% of the time so it's not happening."

  Price knew this was getting no where. So he decided to make a deal with him, because either way she's becoming a troupe whether Ghost likes it or not. Price walked up to Ghost and kneeled down so he could take a look at her. Price smiles then looks back up at Ghost.

"Tell you what..if I take her back to the lab to discover her powers, she'll stay with you full time."

"The lab?! Ain't no bloody way!"

Price sighed, that's not what he meant.

"Relax Romeo, I meant for a day, she won't be actually staying there. So do we have a deal?"

"Deal".
