TW - NEEDLES, SURGERY/BEING AWAKE DURING SURGERY

It's been days since you had woken up, finding yourself in this empty cell. Though, finally, the door was unlocked and swung open. A tall man, 7ft, stood there. He had some kind of needle in hand... He walked towards you. It didn't matter if you struggled or not, he eventually would've gotten a hold of you and injected the substance. Once he did, you felt dizzy,, tired.... You passed out almost in an instant.

You woke up, squinting. There was a bright light flashing down on you. You tried to look around, but found that you couldn't move your head. You couldn't move anything. You felt that your body was there, but it was stiff, unable to move. You saw that same man out of the corner of your eye, holding a scalpel. He was humming to himself, seemingly preparing you for some kind of surgery. You could tell, as you felt that your chest was bare and cold, and the man had clearly just put some rubbing alcohol on an area. Presumably where he was going to cut.

You tried to move, scream, signal to him somehow to tell him you were awake. His purple eyes glinted, looking at you. He paused, leaning in and speaking. His voice was terrifyingly calm... " I know you're awake. I want you to watch while I explore what's inside you.... " He shifted to pick up a needle full of some black substance. He injected the stuff into your arm. It hurt so bad, so much more than it should've...

Your pupils shrunk in horror. The man just chuckled, soon inserting the knife and dragging a slow, clean cut down your chest. You felt it, and it hurt. It hurt so much. And it only got worse, as you felt the man pull the slit open, keeping it apart with some surgical clamps. You felt every single little movement of your own organs as he dug around. It's clear he wanted to preserve and keep your insides undamaged, but he still wanted you to feel everything....
