JUSTIN laid in his bed with one hand under his head supporting him as he scrolled through his phone—most of his family was downstairs cooking and enjoying each others company, but he was upstairs sulking.

his mind kept wondering to the time where malaysia had came over—and his mom and sister had absolutely loved her. but this time would be different, because him and the girl wasn't on exactly good terms.

jay just continued to scroll on his phone before his door started to slowly creak showing dd's curls peaking through—"justin." dd said fully coming into the room as jay looked at him boredly.

"what dd." jay asked cutting his phone off before turning his head slightly looking at his brother—"ma said come downstairs." dd said as jay went quiet. he really didn't want to be down there right now, but who was he to deny requests from his mother.

"ight." jay said as dd nodded before closing the door and jay heard the stairs indicating the boy was now downstairs—he then sat up from the bed letting out a groan before going over to the door and going downstairs.

jay headed downstairs seeing everybody staring at him as soon as his foot touched the bottom of the stairs—"what?" jay asked going over to everybody as his mom looked at him confused.

"what happened to malaysia? you've been in your room all week." his mom asked crossing her arms as dd and notti side eyed eachother—but jay's eyes immediately traveled to his brothers. clearly they had told their mom what happened between him and the girl.

"we not talking right now." jay said already tired of the conversation as he let out a huff—he really didn't feel like talking anymore. he would rather sulk in his bed while minding his business.

"why? what happened?" his mom asked as she continued to cook with melz right besides her—"i'm curious too." melz said as jay just rolled his eyes at them. it really wasn't anybody else's business besides his. and he didn't want to talk about the girl right now. especially not with everything happening at the moment.

"not right now ma, its personal." jay said with annoyance in his tone as his mom looked at him before nodding slowly—his mom then looked at melz who was shaking her head.

"what he mean to say is, he was being weird to laysia, so now they not on good terms." dd said looking at melz and his mom before he looked back at jay who was currently giving him the death stare.

"that's not right hijo, call her and apologize." his mom said in a stern tone while stopping what she was doing as jay just shook his head—"it's more to the story ma, and ya really need to stay out my business, ya straight bugging me out word to." jay said frustratingly to notti and dd now irritated before he turned around to go back upstairs.

as soon as jay got back in his room—he shut the door before heading over to his bathroom. he was just gonna call a early night. he couldn't be bothered with any of this really.

jay went inside his bathroom before cutting the shower on as he started taking his clothes off—he then hopped in letting his music blast throughout the bathroom.

after jay got dressed, he walked over to his bed before laying down face flat—he took a second to think about everything. how everything started to get boring ever since him and malaysia were no longer on good terms—he would often find himself bored and a feeling of loneliness taking over.

and it really made him think, ever since malaysia came into his life—he had smiled more than usual. because he was always a loner before her, yet malaysia somehow changed that about him.

jay sat up from his bed before grabbing his phone that laid right besides him—he started at the home screen for a second before he went straight to malaysia's contact.

all it took was one button for him to call her—but the fear that malaysia wasn't gonna answer was slowly taking over him. and he just couldn't press it.

malaysia most likely didn't want anything to do with him after all—he really wouldn't want to either. so could he even blame her?

jay sat there for a second staring at malaysia's beautiful contact picture as a small smile started forming before he quickly straightened his face—he needed to stop. stop being scared and just press it.

but why couldn't he?

jay just then cut his phone off before he sat up from the bed and headed over to his game—he needed a few rounds of 2k to get her off his mind.
