Where could she be? Where could they be? I tried to calm Cody down by sitting him down and telling him I loved him. I really cared about him and wanted to really help him. Traci was all Cody had left family wise. His parents passed away in a car accident and he took terrible to that. His other brother Bobby was in jail for breaking in a convinient store. He was broke at the time and really needed the money.I turned to Cody and kissed him. "Everything is gonna be alright." I said calmly. Now I know why he always smiles and is so happy. It's to keep me happy. We both laid on the bed and looked at each other. His eyes are just beautiful. They are green and sparkle when I look into them. He has dirty blond hair that could just knock the breath out of you. A tear ran down his face. I lent my arm up and wiped it away. I kissed him and went back to staring at his beautiful eyes. I finally closed my eyes and went to sleep. When I woke up he was still there right by my side. I stared at him for a moment and put my hand on his face.
I got up to go to the bathroom and shower. When I got up he was no longer on my bed. I kinda freaked out and went downstairs to find him making a toaster strudel for me and him. He didn't smile at me, but I understood how he felt. He lost his sister just like I lost my best friend. At least now we would have something to share thoughts and tears about other than staying in dead silence and me crying my eyes out! He finally looked at me and gave me a slight grin, which make me almost jump out of my skin. I sprinted to him and gave him a huge hug. I don't know what hit me. I guess I finally just realized how much I loved the boy! I kissed him and said thank you for being there for me through everything. Now it was my turn to be there. My turn to comfort him through hard times he is having. My turn to step up and be the girlfriend I should have been the whole time! And my turn to love him with all the love I have for everything and everyone.
