🗡️🗡️🗡️

They had Korean Literature after their free period and the twins stood awkwardly at the front of the class with their teacher whilst the students filed in and took their seats. They all stared, some in wonder and awe, but others gave them dirty looks and sized them up.

They were briefly introduced by the teacher, who also ogled them as if they were celebrities, and sent them over to the two spare seats at the back of the classroom.

The lesson was boring, as expected. They were tasked with reading through a chapter of the textbook which they'd be quizzed on at the end of the hour whilst their Korean Literature teacher, Mr Lee, did his own paperwork at the front of the room and ignored the students. Nevertheless, Aeri completed the work without complaining, though she expected more from such a well-renowned school.

She almost celebrated when the bell rang at the end of the lesson. It was break time next and despite only having one lesson that morning, Aeri was glad for the 20 minutes of chill time. She and Jungwon stood from their chairs and began packing away their books and stationery, planning on returning to the gardens to sit in the sun until they were due back for quirk history.

They were about to turn towards the doors when a boy strolled over, a cocky smirk on his face. He was one of the students that glared when the twins were introduced to the class. He had golden blonde hair and black eyes that shone with malice.

"So..." The boy began. He made a show of looking the twins up and down in turn and a couple of other students appeared at his side, a girl with shoulder-length ginger hair and pink eyes and a boy covered in reptilian scales with slit pupils like a snake. "The Moon clan has finally decided to show their faces at SHA."

"Sorry, who are you?" Aeri raised a dismissive eyebrow at the blonde boy and impatiently placed a hand on her hip.

The boy faltered and a few sniggers sounded through the room from the other students who clearly didn't like the boy. "Hae Jiho, don't play dumb, Moon Aeri." Jiho played off Aeri's dismissal with a scoff.

"Hae clan? I thought Hae Yeongju only had two daughters and she doesn't have any siblings so you can't be a cousin of the inheritor line..." Jungwon said, confused. Aeri nodded along, just as perplexed as her brother.

"He is part of the Hae clan idiot! Who would lie about that? He had the same hair and eye colours and the same quirk!" The ginger girl yelled, her voice high and nasally. Her whole face turned a bright shade of red as she got angry in Jiho's stead. The boy in question looked embarrassed and frustrated.

"No one said he wasn't a member of the Hae Clan, we just weren't aware Yeongju had a son. Calm down, you look like you're about to pop a blood vessel," Aeri said, concerned.

"Listen to me, Moon Aeri, I don't know why you two decided to move to SHA, but you and your deformed brother better stay out of my way," Jiho pointed to the scar that ran down the side of Jungwon's face in disgust. "All that trouble you attract with villains better not follow you or we're gonna have problems."

"Oh, we already have problems, Hae Jiho." Aeri gave him a sickeningly sweet smile and then struck faster than Jiho could blink. Her fist slammed into his nose and Jiho yelled out in pain, stumbling back. Nobody tried to stop them as the fight began. Jiho tried to land a hit but with the speed and force Aeri was throwing her punches, he couldn't keep up. A crowd of students formed around them, a lot of them filming the ordeal as Jiho crumpled to the ground.

One last hit knocked him out and Aeri stood, panting heavily as Jungwon placed a shaky hand on her shoulder. "You got anything else to say?" She turned to the ginger girl and the reptilian boy.
