"Damnit," I curse, rolling from under my car and wiping the grease off my hands.
"What's wrong?" Samira asked where she was leaning on the garage wall, arms crossed. I just shook my head, feeling frustrated with my inability to fix the car.
"I can't seem to loosen this bolt," I muttered as I slipped back on the creeper to take another look.
"You know you can ask Dominic, right? With that and everything else. I'm sure he'll be more than happy to help." Samira suggested.
Yet I sighed reluctantly, "I know, but he's already helped me enough. He and his family have been already as kind as it is, I want to figure this out on my own."
Samira sighed, yet in the end, she eventually nodded understandingly. She then pushed off the garage wall, watching me with a mix of amusement and support as I continued to struggle with the bolt. "Then let me know if you need any help," she said about to walk away when I called out to her.
"I won't, but thanks for offering." I managed to loosen the bolt with a final effort, and Samira just smiled with a shake of her head.
"You're so stubborn," she teased, causing me to smile in response. "Just be ready to go soon," she finished before almost walking back into the house.
"What do you mean go soon?" I called back, confused by her sudden mention of leaving.
