"Cooommme Baccckkk Heeerrreee and Figggghhhht!" Jesse yelled in slow motion, nearly running into the now shut door as he moved to stop himself.
"Gaaaaah!" Axel shouted as he lost his footing, flying off his feet.
"Waaaatch iiiiittt-- get out of the way!" Lukas warned, his voice going back to normal as the potion wore off.
"AH" Axel yelled falling straight onto his face just behind Jesse. Any closer and Axel would've fallen onto him.
"That was.... Weird...." Jesse commented, blinking. He's never ever gonna use a potion like that. Never on purpose. That was simply too weird to relive. He sighed and leaned against the wall, his body still aching from the damages he took earlier. From the creeper to the fall to the swords.... One of them has to have food, right?
"Ughhh I felt. ALL of that" Axel groaned, slowly moving to sit up.
Olivia softly laughed, walking over. "That was one hell of a landing Axel" she moved, helping him to his feet."He mostly used his face" Lukas commented, smiling proudly when he heard Jesse let out a small snort.
Jesse sighed, Standing all the way. "We need to find Soren..."
"Yeah...." Lukas said, looking up the bookshelf door. Not seeing a way to open it.
Jesse walked toward Petra. "...you okay? That fight looks like it took a lot out of you" He asked in concern.
"Yeah I'm fine.... Are you o--" Petra began to cough. "Wait.... Are you.... Are you--" she struggled to get out, coughing a few more times into her arm. Looking at Jesse sadly after. "....I'm good..... Are you okay?"
"Yeah yeah.... Let's get you some food. Maybe we can find something in here to help." Jesse said with worry, no longer caring of his own physical pain and tiredness, despite how tired he was and how hurt he seemed to feel. Ignoring his own aching body and more concerned about his friend. He moved around to look for something only for Lukas to walk over.
"I have an Apple." Lukas said handing it off to Petra, his face filled with anxiety.Petra muttered out a thanks and ate the apple quietly waiting for Lukas to inevitably leave. Speaking once Lukas was back with the others. "I don't want to freak you out Jesse but..." She moved and showed her arm, the purple on it was much more vibrant. "I think it's getting worse... My vis. Me in ions all jittery."
"...do you think we should tell them now then?" Jesse asked.
"No...no it'll just cause panic and we can't afford that right now... If it gets worse though... I'll tell you... I'll tell them when... when I think they should know." Petra replied with a sigh. "Thanks for helping me........"
"...yeah yeah... I'll go talk to the others" Jesse walked toward the group, noticing the group whispering as he walked over. Although they quickly stopped once they noticed him.
"Hey Jesse.. so, I have an idea" Axel started, turning around "MAGNUS HELP!" He shouted. Silence following. "Well... Alright I have another idea."
"Is it shouting for Ellegaard?" Olivia asked, hand on her hip. Axel looked away and scratched the back of his head. "Not... Anymore.."
"Look, they aren't coming. They don't know where we are. And we don't know where they are" Lukas said hopelessly.
"We don't need them. What we need is to get out of here." Jesse said with a determined voice. Hoping to cheer up his friends at least.
Lukas sighed and sat against the wall. "There is nowhere out. This is a closed off room and I checked, the bookshelf doesn't have another opening or a way to open it again from the inside."
