His care

Here I woke up after a long peaceful sleep, I felt something hot on my stomach, I saw, it was a hot water bag. That's why my pain has gone. I sat on the bed and started looking for my phone.

Tanya: oh, here it is.

I took my phone and checked the notifications. Goddamn!! Why so many?? Anyways, i opened Instagram to scroll some reels just then I heard a familiar voice.

Someone: oh, no no, put that phone down, you have to take as much as rest.

Tanya: but Roha-

Rohan: no buts! Here, eat this chocolate.

Tanya: thank you. *Smile*

Rohan: how is that water bag? Has it become normal? Lemme check!

Tanya: no, it's still hot.

Rohan took the bag and reacted.

Rohan: huhhh!! It has become normal.

Tanya: no Rohan, it's alright, I'm fine now.

Rohan: are you sure? You want anything? Tell me.

I held his wrist and made him sit beside me, I encircled my arm around his and rested my head on his shoulder.

Tanya: I just want you.

Rohan: I'm always here for you.

He patted my head and started caressing my hair.

Tanya: I'm sorry Rohan, I didn't picked up your calls or messages.

Rohan: see Tanya, ik, you're very ambitious student, but you shouldn't stress yourself. That wasn't pushing hard but taking stress. You know na, there are people who worry about you. Just for them, live your life. And even if it's not for them, atleast live your life for yourself. I have seen you firstly on the Goa trip. I saw, a very happy, outgoing personality, not caring about world. And now, you're like a grown up! All time talking about projects, internship, and stuff. I want my Tanya back.

I thought about it a little, and then an idea popped in my mind.

Tanya: hey, Rohan, do you know, what's coming?

Rohan: what?

Tanya: the date when we first met in Goa. It'll be in next week!

Rohan: oh my god! Is it an year already?

Tanya: yeah, so I have a plan!

Rohan: Goa trip?

I nodded while eating the chocolate.

Rohan: but are you serious?

Tanya: yes, i am, I just wanna spend some time with you, and our anniversary is also coming, so it'd be a perfect vacation.

Rohan: sounds good, but what will we tell the professors?

Tanya: don't worry, this is now vacation time and most students are going on trips and places. So us going won't change anything, and why are you caring for those stuff! I wanna spend some time with you there.

Rohan: cool, then we'll start packing, but...

Tanya: what now?

Rohan: you are on periods.

Tanya: ohho, periods are for 5 days only, dw, that's not the issue. We will leave for Goa next week.

Rohan: okay, but right now take care of yourself.

Tanya: yeah, I'm taking my care. And you are with me, then the pain vanished with a swoosh.

He laughed a little at my behaviour.

Tanya: Rohan, I think I'll go back to my room.

Rohan: are you sure?

Tanya: yeah, I can't stay here whole night.

Rohan: okay, but check your cramps first.

Tanya: don't worr- ahh!

I stood up and say immediately as my legs are hurting.

Rohan: I told you! Stay here.

Tanya: no! I wanna go back to my room.

I started crying dramatically.

Rohan: ok ok fine, let's go, I'll-

Tanya: yeah.

As I stood up, and started to walk, Rohan held me by wrist and pulled me towards him. He put my hand on his shoulder and picked me up in bridal style. I got shocked by sudden action. He then spoke up.

Rohan: I told you, that let's go, but you didn't let me complete, I was saying I'll pick you up.

I was left dumbfounded, it gave me butterflies.

Rohan: I know what effect I have on you.

Tanya: fi-fine, let's go now.

For him I was so tiny, that he picked me so easily.

Tanya: *in mind* God! He gives me butterflies each time. I wanna do something something with him😂.

Rohan: what are you thinking?

Tanya: nothing😅.

Rohan: thinking that you wanna do something something with me in Goa?

Tanya: huh? How do yo- I mean, nothing nothing.

Rohan: something something 😏.

Tanya: nothing nothing😅.

Rohan: I know I know, don't worry. I know you're on periods, and ik how to take care of you.

I looked at him admiring him while he was speaking.

Rohan: okay?

Tanya: you know Rohan, I'm so lucky to have you.

Rohan: no! I'm so lucky to have you. See, we reached your block.

Tanya: yeah, put me down now, they won't allow a boy to enter girls hostel.

Rohan: yeah yeah, but go safely, okay?

Tanya: okay.

Rohan: *to himself* she fits perfectly in my arms *smiles*.
