Have you met her?
She's one of the strongest person I knew,
She deserves the world but settles for bare minimum,
She's not perfect but she's genuine,
She's broken but she's my heroine.
She made bad choices, but who doesn't?
Even if she didn't they'll still be complacent,
She did her best and gave her all,
Yet one wrong move and she was judged by all.
So she shattered into pieces,
Like a mirror breaking but still reflecting,
Reflecting every hurting bruises,
Open wounds that aren't healing.
She's hit by a sudden midnight insomnia,
Her thoughts destroy her one by one,
Yet she hides in a facade of euphoria,
She's hurting so she hides and run.
She fell seven times,
Yet stood up eight,
Even if many times she fell,
She didn't take the bait.
That's her, she just doesn't know when to quit,
Trying her best with her grit,
However at the end of the day she's a sheep in wolves' skin,
Showing the world she's strong even though deep inside she's breaking.
Yet again she stood back up,
Then she started to look up,
To the Savior, the Redeemer the Maker,
To the One who made her.
She realized He was always with her,
In times of vulnerability He loved her,
He embraced her flaws,
She is imperfect but being perfect wasn't part of His laws.
He was her friend, her family, her guide,
With Him she never had to hide,
Right then and there she knew she was home,
She was finally with her Healer and He is her home.
