My Brother's Best Friend

POV Calum

Last week in New York, I saw a beautiful bracelet and I saw a few characters laying in the shop with little diamonds on. Someone in the shop helped me to put them on the bracelet. The characters are the first letters of our names. C for me, S for Sophia, A for Ashton, L for Luke and a M for Michael.

When I opened the box, there was immediately a huge smile on her face.

'Omg Calum that's just so sweet, but you didn't have to do it. You're my best friend ever!' She says and ouch that hurts. I'm just friendzoned by my crush.

'I'll do anything for my best friend to make her the happiest girl in the world.' I say and she hugs me.

'But why did you came? Does Ashton annoys you with his story's?' I ask and she shakes her head.

'Mali asked me and I want to ask you something?' She says and I nod.

'Do you want to come with me to Tommorow Land?' She asks and I nod immediately. It was my dream to go. Every time it was, we had to work but now it's not.

'When are we going?' I ask her.

'Euhm in 2 weeks and  we're there for a weekend. Mom and dad gave us each 2 tickets and I choosed you. Ashton's gonna ask Julia because he has a crush on her, but don't tell him I told you.' She said and I nodded smiling.

'Do I have to put it on?' I ask her and she nods. I put the bracelet on her arm and there's a smile on our faces.

~ 2 hours later ~

We've seen a movie, but now she has to go home.

POV Sophia

When I was home, I immediately ran upstairs and called Julia because she knows everything about me.

( J-Julia / S-Sophia )

J: 'Heey Soph. What's up?'
S: 'I friendzoned Calum!' I started to cry.
J: 'No don't cry. I'm coming over.'
S: 'Okay, see in you in 5'

And I hung up. The doorbell rang 5 minutes later and I heard Ashton talking to Julia.

'She's upstairs.' He said and she went upstairs.

'Can I come in Soph?' She asked, but I didn't say anything. She opened the door and lays next to me.

'Tell mama what's wrong.' She says and I started to laugh.

'So, I friendzoned Calum after he gave this bracelet to me and that was so stupid. I thought I saw in his eyes that he was hurt, but I just dreamed that.' I say and she nods

'Well... why don't we see a movie so you can forget this?' She asks and I nod.

Julia choosed Ted1 and Ted2 and i must say they were hilarious. I've never seen them before. After the movies Julia had to go home because it's school tomorrow.

~ The next morning ~

I woke up because of my phone. It's already 8 o'clock, so I decide to get up. Ashton's still sleeping and probably he's gonna wake up this noon. I get dressed and go downstairs. I grab an apple and go to school. Yes it's to early to go, but I want go.

When I got there, Ann comes to me and I turn around.

'Hey Irwin! Stay where you are!' She yels. And stay where I am.

'Why the fuck did you tell the coach to swap me and now I'm suspended for a week?' She ask.

'Euhm let me think... Maybe because it was THE GAME of the year for us and you decide to do your shoes when the ball is coming to you.' I yell and she goes away.  Thank god.

My first period is Gym. Why the fuck do they give gym as first period? The weather is good so we're gonna go outside.

'Okay class. Today we're gonna do soccer but first you're gonna run 10 rounds. When we're running I see 4 boys behind the fence and they're waving at me. Oh no they're Ashton, Calum Luke and Michael.

The day went fast and we're already on our last period: Maths. Actually, I was very good with numbers.

'Okay Sophia. Y times 15 minus 9 equals to X and Y equals to 33. What is X?' Mr. Mathi asks.

'486, sir.' I answer and he smiles.

'23² minus 15² plus 7?' He asks Julian, Julia's brother.

'Euhm... 20.' He says.

'Mister Green, if you sleep one more time in my class, you can go to the principal. Get it?' Mr. Mathi says and Julian nods.

'Okay Julia, what's the answer?' He asks her and she looks to me. I already made it, so I gave her my paper.

'Euhm.. 311.' She says and the teacher nods. Julia turns around and smiles to me.

'OMG, thank you so much, girl.' She wispers and I smile.

'No problem. I know you have troubles with maths.' I say and she turns back.

School's out and I'm searching for my bike. Suddenly I hear a car and I turn around. It's Ashton and the guys.

'Guys where is my bike?' I ask them and they just laugh.

'He's already home because we wanted to pick you up and we didn't want to ride a bike.' Michael says and now I laugh. When we get in, Luke sees my bracelet.

'Is that a new one?' He asks and I nod.

'Calum gave it to me. The C stands for Calum, the S for me, the A for Ashton, the L for you and the M for Michael.' I say and he looks over to Calum. When I look to Calum, I notice he's blushing. What's wrong with him? I ask myself.

POV Ashton

'Mom, we're home!' I yell but she doesn't answer. I walk into the kitchen and I see alittle note.

I had an emergency at work and had to go to Spain. Sorry I didn't tell. I have to stay a week. So, don't burn down the house and stuff like that. You guys are 18, so I trust you. When there's something wrong just go to the other parents. You have to buy food, cuz there's not enough for this week and I know what you guys are thinking. No, not the whole week pizza or fastfood. Sophia, you can cook. Use your skills, okay? See you in a week.

'Heeyy Soph. Mom left us a note.' I yell and everyone comes to the kitchen. Sophia reads the note and growls.

'I asked her not to say a word about me cooking to you guys, but now I have to cook, huh.' She says and we al nod.

She made lasagna for dinner and it was delicious. We've saw a movie and went to bed.
