France x Reader

(Y/n's POV)

I was purchasing myself some French macaroons because my sweet tooth ass were craving for some, I pointed at the pastry display's glass to tell what flavors I wanted for my macaroons

the cashier, Sophia chuckled looking at my face in the glass as she carefully took the flavors I picked.

She placed them in a small neat box and while she was tying a ribbon on my to go box she suddenly spoke.

"I'm glad to see you again (Y/n), you barely came to visit here lately, did anything happen to you?" she asked worried

'well, I do admit , Its been two weeks since I went here, and it is so unusual for me to be gone that long'

I looked down and frowned

"H-hey, what's wrong?, I'm sorry for asking (Y/n) that was so sudden of m-"

"no its okay, I'm sorry for making you worry Soph" I cut her off and smiled

Sophia let out a breath and slightly smiled

"Okay, but whatever it is I hope you are okay now"

Sophia turned around and took the well packed box and handed it to you

I thanked her and when I was about to walk out the door she suddenly said something that made me want to slowly collapse to the floor

"Oh! and say hi to France for me! enjoy the macaroons you lovebirds"

I turned to her with a huge smile

"Will do!"

I went out the store and walked slowly to the sidewalks on my way home, my eyes started brimming tears as it continues to flow down my lightly blushed cheeks

I didn't want to ruin my makeup so I lightly patted my eyes with the tissues I got from the bakery that Sophia provided

when my tears were finally gone I rushed home to finally eat my macaroons

You finally arrived to the apartment, you sigh locking the door behind You leaving the car keys in the table at the side of the door, removed your shoes and put it in the shoe rack then your coat in the coat hanger and then head to the living room bringing the box of macaroons with you

you sat in the couch searching for the remote to turn the tv on and watch some Netflix while munching on the macaroons

a few minutes later you heard the doorbell rang

you stopped the movie and quickly opened the door to see France standing at your doorway with cluster's leash on his hand

you went down to cluster's height and pat his head

"Hi baby! did u miss your momma? oh yes you did!"

you were rubbing cluster's tummy when you suddenly heard France clearing his throat to get your attention

you looked up to him still rubbing cluster's tummy
