Hello my dear readers! I know I'm very very late (legit 4 years late :/) but guess what? Finally I'm here with an update lmao! (hope you guys remember the story so far, if not please read the previous chapters for continuity). But firstly, forgive me for the long delay. These 4 years have been a lot stressful for me and I was having a tough time with academics and personal life. So, I just couldn't make time for wattpad. Secondly, I wanna thank y'all for your constant support and connection with this book for these many years. Like seriously, your love, eager and interest in my book has brought me back to writing it again! And this time I'm aiming to be hella consistent, so you can trust me till completion XD. Okay without further drama, enjoy reading!
P.S. - Kuruvanshi has got 50k+ reads! I'm overwhelmed thank y'all once again!

NAIMISHARANYA FOREST
- 3 years later -Life had been pretty good going for the pandavas and their family. They had neither magnificent palaces, elite clothes and jewelleries nor numerous servants; but definitely had the freedom to live their life as they wish and moreover had the peace they never got while staying in Hastinapur. Dressed up as hermits, the brothers would daily go around the nearby villages and towns, visit temples, collect fruits and vegetables and bring home alms donated by the localites. Kunti and her daughter-in-laws would stay at their cottage doing chores, cooking food and would periodically go out to fetch water and visit temples. In their leisure time, they would indulge themselves in their hobbies like making flower garlands, stitching fur clothes or paintings their imaginations.

"Rajmata," Maharishi Maitreya voiced, "Your sons have gained more knowledge about the ordinary lives of the people and sages. Their good deeds will always do good to them. This vanavaas will end soon and you will return to where you are destined to. These life lessons will be of future use for panduputras."
Rajmata Kunti had paid a visit to Maharishi Maitreya's ashram with Nakul who was told to wait outside. She had been distressed since few days over the upcoming challenges in her sons' future. Thus without sharing her thoughts with anyone, she came to seek answers from the sage for her worries.
Kunti was saddened, "But maharishi, we have left everything behind to lead this life. We don't desire the royalty. I just want my sons and their wives to lead a happy and peaceful life. Then why would we return to Hastinapur?"
Maharishi smiled and said, "It is because your sons are destined to claim what is theirs. The reason of their births is to glorify the course of Aryavart for which, they must return to their home."
Kunti nodded and turned to walk out but was alerted by the sage, "But Rajmata," he said, "Some things are going to occur soon that are going to cause major changes. You need to be prepared to face them. Especially you, should be extremely careful with your words and actions. Everything is going to be fine, Mahadev will always be with you."
Kunti was puzzled but accepted his advice and walked back home with Nakul.

PANCHAL
- That evening -Maharaj Drupad was sitting staring into the void inbetween the distant hills as the sky grew dark over the prosperous Panchal nagari. The cause for his trouble was that Drupad learnt from Munivar Yaaj and Munivar Upayaaj that the predestined companion of his daughter, Draupadi was none other than, the exceptionally brilliant archer, fourth pandava prince of Hastinapur, Savyasachi (ambidextrous) Rajkumar Arjun; something that Drupad had always guessed and desired. But when the news about the presumed death of pandavas in Varnavrat reached him, he was struck with disbelief and grief.
