"IM LAIKO, BY THE WAY." The man spoke. "I recognised you two from the beach— i'm there too!"

Since we left the stadium, Laiko had been nonstop talking to us about anything that came to his mind.

We only listened to him because he was helping us walk— and without him, we wouldn't get back to the beach until about sunrise.

Laika was also lucky enough to escape unharmed, his face and body only showing scratches and bruises, but nothing too bad.

Thankfully, we were making progress as I could hear loud chattering. Some people probably only just go back, I thought.

He helped us walk to the parking lot where multiple cars were parked up, with people all stood outside them.

Unfortunately, my brother was one of those people. At least he made it back alright. He also looked untouched, which I was thankful for.

I was hoping to pass by unnoticed, until one of his friends saw me and alerted him.

Immediately, his eyes began searching everyone until he found me leaning against Laika and Usagi. He made large steps towards me, the militants following behind.

"Asuka?" Although I was supposed to be mad at him, I couldn't help but feel bad at the worry in his voice. "What happened? You look like shit."

"I disagree with that." A voice spoke up, and the mysterious person wrapped their arm around my waist to hold me. I turned to see it was Niragi. What a surprise.

He also looked untouched, which for some reason I was glad about. He's probably just growing on me. I shook it off as nothing.

I scoffed. "Shut up. I've looked worse." Laika had abandoned his arm from around me, as well as Usagi. She looked unsure of what to do.

I looked around for a moment then spotted Arisu with one of the executives. They must have someone supervising him during the games, for some odd reason.

"Go to Arisu. I'll see you guys tomorrow." She nodded and limped towards the three. I watched as Arisu ran to help her as soon as he laid eyes on her.

"What was the playing card?" Niragi asked. I moved my arm off his shoulder to take it out my pocket and showed them.

"Nine of spades." I placed it back in my pocket and he quickly put my arm back over his shoulder.

"Damn, sweetheart." He smirked, and I rolled my eyes with a small laugh.

"What did you have to do?" Aguni asked and placed my arm over his shoulder. I winced, to which he apologised, then thought about his question.

"This giant obstacle course in mid-air in a stadium. We had a time limit of an hour to complete it and escape before the stadium collapsed." I motioned to my shoulder. "Got hit with a metal ball that popped my shoulder out of place, and had me dangling for a good few minutes." I pointed to my leg. "Sliced my leg on this large piece of metal while running. Had to kill this girl, but other than that, I'm completely fine."

Aguni laughed. "You don't have to lie to me, Asuka." He paused, and glanced over at the man on the other side of me. "Or Niragi, either."

"Yeah, don't worry, sweetheart." Niragi grinned. "You can be honest with me." He teased, and gave me a look which made me remember when he came into my room.

"We'll take you to the doctors. Get you stitched up." I groaned. "I know you hate stitches, but i'll be there to hold your hand, alright?"

As childish as it sounds, stitches hurt. Every time i've been injured from my job and have had to get stitches, Aguni has been there for me. Holding his hand makes me feel better, knowing he's there to comfort me.
