Part 7 : Stubborn

"Tell us Yoko who's that beautiful woman"?- Marrissa ask.

Yoko gobbles up the food in front of her to avoid any unwanted questions from both of them.

"Hey Yoko don't ignore us".

"Can you guys let me eat first I'm dying of hunger".

"Eat slowly we still have 30 minutes until the next class , btw where did you go last night we were looking for you everywhere". - Love ask.

"I was on the dance floor and some guy was trying to harrassed me so the woman from earlier protect me and punch that guys in the face many time, and then we run out from the club. I only remember half of it the rest idk except when I wake up my clothes are already changed " - Yoko blushed saying the last sentence.

"Owwww w⁠(⁠°⁠ｏ⁠°⁠)⁠w" - Marrissa and Love open their mouth widely.

"Don't get the wrong idea we didn't do anything she told me I vomited on myself so decided to change my clothes that's all, what are you guys thinking?".

"Are you sure , you aren't lying right?"

"Aish why don't you believe me why would I lied anyway".

"Speaking of you both where have you been last night I was bored and couldn't find you both so I goes on the dance floor". - Yoko look at them with questioning look.

- Don't remind me about that I met a perverted woman last night, she is such a creep I was fixing my hair in the bathroom and then that girl creepily kissed my neck from behind and start calling me babe - Love said with disguise on her face.

" That's crazy , she didn't do anything bad to you after that right?" - Yoko said worried.

"No she didn't have the chance to , I freak out so i kick her hard on the stomach and ran outside but I think I kick her a bit too hard at least she is a girl too I feel a bit guilty".

"I guess her name is Milk I heard her friend called her outside the bathroom".

"That name sounds familiar whatever Love, Don't be guilty she deserves it for trying to harrassed you whether she is drunk or whatever it's still her fault she should have kept her hands to herself." - Marrisa said.

"I'm relieved that you are okay " - Yoko said.

- And what about you Marrissa where did you go?- Yoko ask.

"Emm I..." - Marrisa hesitate.

"Come on!!"

" Actually I was talking with a girl last night her name is Ice She looks like she is interested in me. Although I have never dated a girl before but I think she looks gentle and kind so I give her a chance".

" We were too busy chatting so I got lost of the time, sorry guys hehe" - Marrissa shyly scratch her head.

"Chatting? It's more like flirting " - Yoko teased.

"Aish stop Yoko" - Marrissa slightly blushed.

The bell ring🔔

- They quickly eat their food and went back to class.

Fast Forward tomorrow at Amor cafe shop.

While Yoko is working normally like usual suddenly a woman walks out from a luxury car wearing black sunglasses walk in her feature is similar to Yoko if both of them stand next to each other, with only a single glance you can guess they are related.

Yoko quickly walked up to her and pulled her back in the car.

"Why are you here mom I told you not to come in my work place ".

- Can't I come here to see my daughter? it's been forever since I last saw you. - Ms Lertprasert sadly said.

" No I didn't mean it in that way sorry mom".

- Yoko my baby I miss you so much please go back to live in the mansion I don't want you to suffer here alone - Ms Lertprasert said.

" No mom I'm not going back there if I go I won't have any freedom anymore, you know the reason right".

"Yoko forgive your Father he is like that when he is mad but he love you very much you are our only daughter he seem tough on the outside but since you left he miss you everyday".

"Mom please give me sometime I don't want to go back yet , respect my decision mom if you love me."

"It's okay if you don't go back but why would you need to work in a cafe anyway if no one know they probably think your parents don't give you any money. Why don't you spend the money I put in your bank card? ". - Ms Lertprasert ask .

" I don't want to depend on you mom I want to prove to dad that I can live on my own without his money and wealth".

"Yoko baby stop being stubborn I'm hurt seeing you suffer like this, how much does a part time job pay anyway. You are getting thinner take care of yourself properly Yoko".

"Don't worry mom I can take care of myself. I will use the card if it's an emergency". - Yoko smile at her mother.

"Call me if you have any problem okay?"

"Yes, mom ".

"I have to go my manager probably looking for me right now I'm still in work hour".

"Ok Yoko mom won't bother you anymore go back but promise me don't exhaust yourself too much".

"Okay bye mom take care" - Yoko lean in to hug her mom tightly and got out of the car.

As the car drives away Ms Lertprasert shack her head slightly remember her daughter's stubbornness just like her father, They refuse to let another one win they fight till the end.
Like father like daughter.

• It's been a week guys sorry for the slow update I'm trying to survive with all the due assignment and upcoming final exams. But when the exams is over I will update more often, don't worry. ^^
