Part 8 : Coincidence

Marrissa knock on the door.

"Yoko are you in your room? "- Marrisa asked.

-"Yes come in". Yoko answer in a low tone.

Marrissa enters and sits next to Yoko "Why don't you come out and have dinner today?".

- I'm not hungry and I just don't feel like eating right now. Don't worry about me - Yoko said without looking at Marrissa only look at the ceiling spacing out.

" Is something bothering you? You seem quiet since you came back from work. I know you aren't okay just tell me don't lie, it's not like I only know you yesterday" - Marrisa said.

Yoko sights loudly." I really can't hide anything from you".

- My mom visited me today, and she wanted me to go back home I don't know what to do my mom treats me really well but Me as her daughter I only meet her once every 6 months or sometimes once a year . - Yoko sadly said her face seem guilty.

- Marrisa sights . " Now I understand why you acted like your soul had been snatched away" .

" I know you don't want to talk about this but why would you hate your father so much to the point of running away from home so you can win ?".

" Both you and your father are a copy. You both only want to win if you know your mother loves you that much why are you still stubborn Yoko."

- Sorry Marrisa Can you let me alone for a moment I need to think clearly Thanks for your advice.

" Okay if that's what you want, think about what I said and act right".

When the door of her room closed back Yoko sit on her bed and look at the picture on her nightstand it's a picture of her parents and Yoko when she was young in the picture baby Yoko is being held by her father and the smile on his face show more than any words can describe how he love his daughter.

Yoko looks at it and sight thinking what does it go wrong for she and her to become enemy like this, maybe Marrissa is right she doesn't need to win all the time.

It's already summer break so the next day Yoko make up her mind and decide that she will visit her parents for a week.

When her mother heard that she will come home for a week she was so happy and immediately told the driver to pick her up.

Along the way to her house Yoko thought about many things that she missed her parents hug, the green garden, and everything.

Yoko came out of her own thought upon hearing the driver stop the car in front of the big gate.She looked out at the window for a moment and slowly stepped out of the car, she took a deep breath breathing in the fresh air before entering the mansion.

When Yoko entered the house the first person that she didn't expect to see was her father, She knew he lived there but it's unusual for him to be there on a Monday morning since he is always busy at work.

Mr.Lertprasert is sitting on the sofa reading a newspaper unaware of his younger daughter present. Not until the maid quickly rushed in to take the bag from Yoko.

" Why don't you come in, are you planning to stand there all day?" - Mr.Lertprasert speaks looking at his daughter standing at the door motionless.

" Aren't you going to the company today?" - Yoko asked her father curiously.

" No, I want to rest for a few days. And why are you asking me that question, Am I not allowed to stay at home?" - Mr.Lertprasert looked at his daughter seriously.
