After school

Rowan:
"So Maddie what happened that made you go to the football field in the middle of the night."

Maddie:
"They were talking about when their babies their parents breastfeed them."

Rowan:
"Ok and."

Maddie:
"When I was a baby I had to be my parents' slave and learn how to do things for them."

Rowan:
"How can no one do that when they are babies."

Maddie:
"My parents would give me a drug everyday that would make me run, talk and do everything I am doing now."

Rowan:
"So you never get to be a baby."

Maddie:
"Nope never had."

Rowan:
I gave her a hug. "Oh Maddie I am so sorry."

Maddie:
"It is ok I guess I deserve it."

Rowan:
"Hey that is not true no one deserves that even if you come on let go to the room ok."

Maddie:
"Ok thank you for listening to me Rowan."

Rowan:
"Anytime Maddie."

In the Rowan room

Rowan keeps on thinking of a way to help Maddie but he can't think of anything so fair but he knows that he will with that he went to bed at night guys.

The next day later after school in the dorm room

Rowan:
"We need to write down rules."

Maddie:
"For what?"

Rowan:
"Breastfeed and everyday life."

Maddie:
"Mmm okay."

"Okay so breastfeeding rules 1. breastfeed when you are sick or not feeling well 2. breastfeed at least 4 times a week 3. no biting or hurting me if you are mad at me."

Maddie:
"Okay, I can do those."

Rowan:
"And for everyday life 1. tell me when you don't feel well or feel sick 2. tell me when you have anxiety or feel depressed 3. don't lie to me 4. don't yell at me 5. no fighting with me 6. listen to me 7. no talking back 8. Tell me if you are being bullied. 9. no smoking, drinking or doing drugs 10. I always pay 11. weekly meetings on how our week was and how we can make the next better."

Maddie:
"I like those, okay."

Rowan:
"Good, I'm gonna go turn these in, go ahead and start dinner."

Maddie:
"Yes sir."

Maddie now starts dinner, making fried chicken, salad, dinner rolls, and mashed potatoes Rowan goes to Principal Atlanta's officer, turns the rules in.

Principal Atlanta:
don't leave, sit

Rowan:
why? am i in trouble?

Principal Atlanta:
i said sit down son

Rowan:
"Y-yes dad." I sat down.

Principal Atlanta:
"You love her as a daughter don't you son."

Rowan:
"Yes dad I do."

Principal Atlanta:
"Good I am happy I convinced the judge Eric to get you legal custody of Maddie."

Rowan:
"You did what, why would you do that?"

Principal Atlanta:
"I know you love her as a daughter, my son, why did you think that I did it for you?"

Rowan:
"You shouldn't have told me."

Principal Atlanta:
"I know son and I am sorry."

Rowan:
"Well you should be sad but thank you."

Principal Atlanta:
"Of course son."

Maddie walks into principal Atlanta's office right as Rowan says

Maddie
"Dad."

Maaddie stops, in shock, looks at Rowan

Maddie:
"H-he is your dad?"

Rowan:...........

Maddie:
"Answer me rowan!"

Rowan:
"Yes, principal Atlanta is my dad."

Maddie:
"Why didn't you tell me?!"

Rowan:
"Don't yell at me Maddie, I would have told you on my own time Maddie."

Maddie leaves the office mad Rowan goes after her.
