Day 2: The nightmare house

Warning (kinda) : this first part is very fast paced and dark so, if you are not into that kinda thing just skip to where is says "LUZ LUZ-" have fun reading my little rats 🥰

~(POV: Luz)~

"Ughh these mattresses are not comfortable at all," I look beside me, my girlfriend , Amity I smile in my head seeing her sleeping and hold her hand feeling how ice cold she is. I grabbed the blanket to throw it over her, afterwards i tucked a bit of hair behind her ear and gently kissed her on the cheek, making sure not to wake her. I put my head on my knees resting as i only got a few hours of sleep.

I shut my eyes, head still resting on my knees. Just as i close them i hear a voice and a small figure dart across my room... "Huh?!" I say out loud, I looked at Amity and realised i needed to be more quiet so i didn't worry her or anyone else. After i make sure Amity's still fast asleep i lift my eyes up and pace them across the room looking back and forth, from my desk to my door and to my wardrobe. I didn't see anyone or hear anything, I looked out the window and realised its raining so i assumed it was just the wind on the window, and the thing i saw was just me being paranoid. I look at Willow beside me and giggle to myself, she sleeps so funny like a starfish, it made me forget about everything that had previously happened in my head.

I lay down but keep my eyes open and reach my hand out in the air, as if i was trying to reach to something, until i hear a bang and a laugh followed by footsteps. I sit up, i knew this time that i wasn't hallucinating. I saw my chair on the floor, something must have had to knock it down it doesn't fall over that easily. I play back in my head the sounds i heard before..... A laugh!

I heard a laugh earlier after the chair had been knocked down. "That laugh, i know that laugh!...but where from?" I whispered to myself in a proud tone knowing i had finally done something right. Except i still couldn't remember where i had heard that laugh before. It was high pitched and echoed through the room as if someone had just played the Jaws theme tune on the drums... It sounded like a child's laugh most definitely, but im not around kids that much the last kid was King... Oh King i wonder where you are now. As i was daydreaming about my Titan brother i heard the laugh again but this time louder as if it was in my ear.. I layed down
hoping it was all in my head, until i hear it again and again and again!

I close my eyes hoping it would just go away, until it stops and i hear screaming and screeching right next to me... "Now now Luz don't be so silly it's just me!" No... NO NO NO NO NO! IT CANT BE..... HES SUPPOSED TO BE DEAD! I open my eyes to see a tall dark slimy figure towering over me, his penetrating blue eyes stare into my soul, his wide broken jaw dripping with green goo, the spindly long winding arms with dirty bones peaking out and the feature that tied these knots together was his tall skinny antlers, it gave him such a piercing recognising look to him. "Hello fellow human, it's good to see you again.." he managed to say in his deep heavy breathed tone. Belos was here.

"WAH... WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY HOUSE YOUR SUPPOSED TO BE DEAD I WILL KILL U AGAIN IF I HAVE TO I-" I scream as i sit up and pick up my katana that i got from a convention one time. "Oh Luz, stupid naive Luz, do you not remember you didn't 'Kill me'.. they did.."

He points over at the corner of my room where i see the collector hovering over... bodies..? "He's doing quite well you know, in the demon realm and all that, he doesn't realise yet but he holds more magic than the isles and the Titan does its self, he just needs to use that magic for good... for my good." Belos says as i see the collector giggling away, but that wasn't the giggling i heard earlier, as Belos's tall figure hovered over me i looked closely at what the Collector was doing to the body's he has and i was trying to figure out who it was...
